Lovely day out
Pros:

With how good the weather was we had to come and spend the day in Brighton and I'm absolutley delighted to have found this gem of a place right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

The train stations are not that close it's about a 15 minute walk apart from that everything else was good.

Homely central Brighton hotel
Pros:

Great family run hotel in the centre of Brighton with friendly helpful staff. I love helping these types of small establishments and the quality did not dissapoint either. I'd definitely come again.

Cons:

There's no hotel parking, there is a car park in the centre of the square but it's not cheap.

Pros:

Room nr. 22 Ground floor. One double+ one single bed. Very clean. Looks like recently renovated. High quality bathroom. TV set. A lot of sockets with USB and type -c.

Cons:

Old single glazed windows. Noise of the seagulls at 4:30 AM in the first day of my stay. No air conditioning. Fan only. It was too warm at night during the heatwave. Also some kind of strange smell, maybe it's because the building is the old one.

Excellent value in great location
Pros:

Excellent value for single en-suite room. I was on ground floor towards rear of property and it was very quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was small but efficient and clean. Excellent location just a 100m from the beach and 360 tower .

Did not dissapoint
Pros:

A lovely little place by the sea in the heart of the square with the green opposite and the sea a stones throw away. Ene of the best if not the best value for money accomodation in Brighton.

Cons:

I didn't like the i360 on the seafront, bit of an eyesore but not much can be done about that. It is what it is.

OK for a single night but the bathroom ad shower let things down.
Pros:

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

The fan in the room did not work, and the shower was a joke. The hot water pressure was extremely low so you had a choice of either a scalding hot or freezing cold.
