Good little find, excellent location. Room was small, but for what we wanted it was perfect. Not so great in a heat wave
Pros:

Excellent location

Cons:

No air con - room was sweltering when we arrived and we struggled to get it to cool down despite opening the window and sitting with the door open and the fan in the door way.

Styr unna dette overnattingsstedet.
Pros:

Fin og sentral beliggenhet

Cons:

Kr 1100 for et lite dobbeltrom på et slitt hotel var særdeles overpriset. Bad på størrelse med et bøttekott som ikke luktet godt. Kunne knapt kalles motel.

Pros:

Location was brilliant

Cons:

There is no A/C, which is fine but the quality of the fan is a bit below expectation with the heatwave. The prices overall in Brighton are too high vs what you will get. also there were ants in the room
