Good value hotel in excellent location in Brighton
Pros:

They very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so we had our own beds. The room absolutely did the job and the shower was excellent. The breakfast across the road worked well and was good value. Friendly and accommodating receptionists. Thanks very much.

Exceptional customer service
Pros:

Booked a standard double room last minute. Arrived at property and we were upgraded to a superior double with sea view! Exceptional customer service. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would highly recommend

Great value for money, excellent staff and a nice family-feel hotel
Pros:

The staff were extremely nice, they allowed us to check in early, they looked after our bags once we had checked out so we didn’t have to carry them around all day as our train home wasn’t until the evening, and they were just generally nice helpful, chatty people…

Cons:

The hotel and rooms were a bit dated and could do with a refresh but in terms of value for money it was perfect..

Fantastic location, friendly staff, value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The man on the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was small but was totally sufficient for our one night stay with a lovely big window that had a side view of the sea. The super high ceilings were great.

Cons:

Wasn’t too keen on the horrendous noise that came from the pump on the toilet whenever we, and people in other rooms when the toilet was flushed.

Pros:

O local é incrível, fica muito perto da praia!

Os funcionários são excelentes! Muito simpáticos e prestativos!

O hotel em si possui um bom custo benefício para um 2 estrelas.

Enfim, para um 2 estrelas ele vale a pena pelo custo benefício!

Cons:

O ar condicionado que não existe lá faz muita falta. O quarto é bonito, não é minúsculo, mas o banheiro é sim muito pequeno e a pressão do chuveiro é muito baixa.
