A Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We had the most amazing room on the first floor with massive bay windows and a view of the gardens and sea. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It cost half the amount we paid near The Lanes and was so near the sea and lots of restaurants.

Cons:

The only gripe was the softness of the mattress but that is a personal thing.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely big room.

Cons:

The shower was either too hot or too cold. Maintenance said they fixed it, but it made no difference. I have the same shower at home, and it works perfectly.

Brighton, from history to sea view it's fab!
Pros:

Everything, the Queenbury Hotel is set within the Regency Quarter (named after the Prince Regent 1811-1820 called the Regency Period) of Brighton. Easily accessible from Brighton or Hove Station. Gr8 pub nearby called the Regency. The seafront is yards away. Fab value for money too. There is The Grand Hotel nearby (subjected to a very serious terrorist attack in 1984) to a Wetherspoons. What more could you ask for?

Cons:

Nothing all, all, all, fab.
