Wonderful staff, nice room. Great location.
Room was different from pictures advertised. Room was right by office and stairs, also construction was happening without notification, so a lot of noise into the night.
Comfortable and clean and good service

Clean tidy room at a great price I will be back next time I have a work contract. The lad at the front desk was really helpful. Cheap and cheerful.
Parking situation is a pain in the behind but to be fair it's like that all over central brighton. Not too bad if you're back from work later.
Great location right in the middle of a beautiful square, a stones throw away from the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby on Preston Street and western road.
If you've booked one of the rooms on the top floors there are quite a lot of stairs to walk up. It's a good workout 💪🏻 😂
A marvellous local establishment, delightful staff. I loved the decor, the paintings the chandelier. Very much so a regency aura about the place.
Breakfast is not onsite it's across the square. You have to buy a breakfast voucher in the morning and take it across the other side of the square.
room are very cold and not comfortable at all, shhet are not clean and the water are no goof to use , too expensive and it is dfinitley far to the value of the room.
Rape off
450 GBP fo rone night it is not jus tover price and it feel to rob th e bank , far too expensive and very noise , can hear abve people walking on your head , unbelievebale noise
It was clean and warm and welcoming
Neat and warm enough
Only stayed for the night. Great location by the seafront. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly and the superior triple room was a very comfortable/clean room for the price I paid.
The staff were incredibly helpful with all my requests and made me feel welcome, check in and check out was straightforward. Overall happy with my stay
There isn't a lift so you have to walk up the stairs to reach all the way to the top of the building.
The price was unbeatable I couldn't not find something equivalent in Brighton and I stay over here often. I would highly recommend to it to anyone.
The parking situation is not the best after 8pm it's free but you have to move the car before 9am. The underground car park in the square is really expensive
Efficient checking in/out. Very warm, clean and comfortable room. Great location and if you like a range of different (and strong) beers the “Hole in the Wall” pub is just round the corner.
The toilet makes a strange grinding noise, but it was’nt a show-stopper.
