Comfortable and perfect location
Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants, shops and theatres

Cons:

I didn’t like that they say we can leave luggage after check out at 10am until 4 or 5pm but the reception doesn’t open till 11am.
The shower wasnt great.

Great location and excellent value for money
Pros:

It was a straight forward process to check in and the location was perfect. It was also excellent value for money for the location. We will be back again and hopefully we will be able to book the room we stayed in as it was perfect

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing I would comment on was that we arrived early and didn’t know where to store our luggage before actual check in. We returned a little later on and the guy on reception took them from us to pop in our room for when we came back later on that day ☺️

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de restaurantes parada de metro y autobús. Puedes llegar andando en 30 minutos a algunos de los sitios más representativos de la ciudad

Cons:

La habitación es muy pequeña y vieja, muebles poco cuidados, limpieza muy limitada, el personal no habla inglés. El servicio guarda equipajes es un pasillo sin vigilancia alguna. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Good value for one night stay. Nice location with many pub and eating options within a short walk.
Pros:

Comfortable, good shower, warm, not noisy. Clear explanation of access, though would add that key safes are behind the open door, which needs partial closure to access them.

Cons:

Would have preferred more milk and tea bags. Although a selection of drink options, 4 pots milk limited it to drinks each. Narrow stairs with no secondary fire exit obvious.
