Breakfast was great Renovation was going on and that was not so good. They had to turn off the water one day and I didnt like that

The only complaint I have was the room was dusty.
I would have like coffee packets in room refilled.
People were very easy to talk to. All area, breakfast, lobby and clearing had people available for help and questions. A very nice to go breakfast sack was prepared.
The key to the room was easy to use. The tv was good.

My stay was fine. Friendly staff and clean facility.
My company booked my stay under their credit card. My card was used for $50 incidental cost. I had no incidental costs. It was to be credited after checkout. When I got my credit card bill, I found that I had been charged for the stay. My employer and I have tried to call repeatedly for a month to resolve the issue. No one ever answers the phones.
I liked the free breakfast and how clean it was
I didn’t like when I requested an extra blanket and tissue for my room it took her a hour and a half to bring it. We couldn’t sleep because the people above her room was running and making so much noise all night.
Very clean … Manager Bryan (spelling??!!) was super accommodating to me and my grandchildren - he remembered and called me by my name throughout my stay - I spent 40 plus years in customer service leadership ranging from Hospitality and F&B to event planning and cemetery services - finding someone of his calibre is no easy feat in today’s labor market - do what you can to have him stay and train young leaders.
