Pleasant stay for great natural heritage exploration!
Pros:

Fantastic location in Port Douglas. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place for exploring Great Barrier Reef. Also relatively close to Daintree rainforest. Love to go back!

Convenient place close in the middle of the town.

Spacious, clean and friendly staff

Cons:

We booked outside working hrs (2.45pm) and got to the property 2 hrs later and didn’t find any info on how to check in. We called the emergency numbers but didn’t get any response for 30 minutes. We then called Booking Dotcom who approached them and that’s when they called us back. It took us another hour for our room to be prepared.
However the lady was very polite and apologetic and she compensated us with a late check out time.

Great location in Paradise
Pros:

One of the main reasons for staying here was the fact that it is adult only. Ideal for me as a solo traveller. The position was perfect, the room was perfect, and the staff were amazing. The lady manager was fantastic. Always making sure I was OK and always offering great advice about the area. A very caring young lady. I will absolutely recommend this property for a peaceful holiday in an ideal location....and at a very reasonable price

Lovely apartment, great location.
Pros:

Very nice apartment and super location. Large rooms, good air-conditioning, nice bathroom and everything you need for a short or longer stay. Hosts were helpful, even when arriving after office hours I got all the information needed for checking in.

Cons:

Everything was great, but be prepared for carrying luggage up a few stairs.

I came here to unwind after a torrid 2025 and I feel totally refreshed
Pros:

Connie and frank haven’t been here long but they’re hospitality is second to none
They welcomed me from the start and explained everything clearly
The privacy of the apartment was amazing minimal noise so close to the Main Street and the pool was spectacular and well shaded by nature and beach umbrellas for the deck chairs
Highly recommended

Cons:

No oven and the stove top was small but manageable for a holiday
Everything else was perfect
