ピーク時のエレベーター待ちが酷すぎる

We choose the hotel because we had a great stay there a number of years ago when we were in Jakarta. Big mistake. The hotel has deteriorated a lot since we were last there, other than a coat of paint i don't think they have made any upgrades. But the biggest issue came when we complained about the state ot our room, dirty, burn marks and stains on the carpet and curtains, bugs in the room as well as issues with the water and washing machine. So we tried the laundry service they offered because thecwashing machine flooded the room when we tried to use it. For a single load not big of laundry they charged us over $45 Canadian. Then after complaining about the issues they offered to reimburse us fo the fee for the laundry abd revered the charge. Rhe following day they came tonus and said they could only give a small discount on the laundry abd charged us again.then offered us a free night stay which they new wouldn't be able tbuse as we are not from the country abd had our travel plans already booked.folloeing that they offered us a free meal and when we asked if we could have our meal in our room we were assured that could be done. When we went to get the meal were then told no we could not take it to our room but would have to eat at the buffet, no other option. We left the meal and went out of the hotel for food. Finally the managment offered free ride to the airport which we did take. The management made the whole situation even worse that it was. Avoid this hotel

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is 1.8m and is good for adults. The swimming pool restaurant is very cheap and delicious. It is convenient to use the bus. It is located in the building right next to Hana Bank. The Semanggi Shopping Mall is currently under construction and cannot be used. There are other shopping malls nearby. It is convenient to use because it is close to the Pacific Shopping Mall (1 bus station. Taxi costs about 220,000 rupees). You can rest and eat inexpensively at the shopping mall. This hotel have many good point.
But The elevator needs overall repairs. There is a bad smell from the air conditioner in the room. The rooms on the upper floors have difficulty in ventilation. Since it is a carpeted room, there are many concerns about the smell and dust. if you visit there, you will know that it is an old building overall.

Spacious room with affordable price. Facilities are a bit old. Walking distance to MRT station.

近くのPlaza Semanggi が改築中であったため、買い物や食事が不便だった。

いつも利用させて貰ってますが、今回は幾つか不満がありましたのでお伝えしておきます。
①　寝室のトイレの流れがとても悪い
②　洗濯機がありませんでした
③　Gパンを朝一クリーニングに出しましたが、その日には仕上がらず、翌日の配達となってました。
なお、朝食はいつもながらに品数も多く、大変美味しかったです。
また利用させてもらいます。

Nice Hotel, good service, big room but old and need renovation.

We often and like to stayed here, big room, but old and need renovation, good location, good breakfast, and good service.

They reacted all of our request flexibility and gently.

部屋が広いです。

The property was under renovations which was not stated on hotel description. The bar could not service cocktail drinks due to not having a liquor license, only served one brand of beer (again not listed in hotel description) the breakfast did not have that much variety, too spread out throughout the restaurant rather than one general area. Food was also cold. Our room was the not the cleanest, stains on window curtains, towels were dirty with stains.

Would not stay here again nor would refer this place to anyone.

Elevators were not working and food ran out at breakfast every day. Not good value.

設備などは古いが、部屋も広く、コストパフォーマンスは良いと感じた。複数人で宿泊するには良い。

MRTから近いので便利です。
近くのSemanggi Plaze の多くがシャッターで閉まっていたのが残念でした。
