We left early because the room was too dark
Pros:

The bathroom smelled musty at first but the exhaust fan and some room spray fixed that. There was a smell of sewerage every time you flushed the toilet.
The pool is great, the gardens are lovely. The shower is hot and the water pressure is powerful. Beds and pillows are comfortable enough. There was a wardrobe with a couple of clothes hangers but nowhere else to put your clothes, we had to leave them on the floor in our bags/cases. The room is large but there are no chairs inside. There are chairs and table outside the room however.
It's an older style budget hotel but it needs maintenance. The location is very good, there are restaurants close by and a big supermarket just a couple of minutes walk.
The air conditioning is good and quiet
When we arrived, the night receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Our room was dark because there was a large verandah overhang and a multi story building only a few feet from our door which blocked the light. Even during the day we had to turn the lights on because the room was so dark. We asked the uninterested day receptionist if we could pay for an upgrade and she showed us a room up stairs with a dangerously loose hand rail. The room was bigger but you had to open a wooden door to the balcony and the room only had a small high window, so it was even darker inside than the one we had.
We had booked for ten days but only stayed for three days because the dark room was horrible so we changed hotels.

My wife coughed all night because of smell then I was awake all night scratching
Pros:

Did not stay long enough for breakfast as we where gone by 6 am the next day

Cons:

Could have been a lot cleaner .even though we had a standard room it was crap with wife coughing and me scratching all night no hot water and with vent on in bathroom flaky paint was falling in shower

Het was een waar genoegen
Pros:

Prima locatie. Vlak bij het strand en voor het genieten van andere dagelijkse gezelligheden is alles op loopafstand te bereiken. Erg fijn personeel !!

Grate place stay there again

Needs a bit of love, there’s better places to stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Has a nice pool area. Can walk to whatever you need.

Cons:

The bathrooms were very smelly, showers took ages to get warm water and would semi flood the floor. Wasn’t the cleanest, bed seemed fine for a place to rest your head it’s okay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great for location - close to beach and shops. Poor toilet/shower facilities.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was okay. Pool temperature very cold - which was nice.

Cons:

Toilet wasn't clean, but maybe there is a backflow problem as it wasn't nice a few times. Smelt when we entered the room. Shower flooded bathroom floor. Cold shower one time. Swim up bar closed.
