NEVER AGAIN. January 2026. This place should not be open to the public. We encountered filthy rooms that had not been cleaned. Gum on the bathroom handles, debris in the hallways, including paper, garbage, and beer caps. Other people's hair was in the bathroom and tub, and on the nightstands. Food wrappers littered the room. The bed skirts were torn. We had to change rooms because the first room had no heat, and the hotel staff admitted they knew it. We complained several times to the front desk about several concerning issues. The staff had no concern for our concerns. The second room had a king bed that was literally broken in half at the end. We requested pillows to cover the king bed in width (their silly pillows were small). The front desk refused. We chose this place for the pool. The pool water was green, and you could not see the bottom! In a shallow pool! The security glass door to the pool was cracked in half. This property lacks even basic maintenance or cleaning. This is a management and staff problem. This place is being transferred to the Marriott family. That level of hotel should not permit these unsanitary conditions. Also note that the hotel charges a $100 deposit to your card upon check-in. Read some other reviews regarding this. We had trouble getting this returned. The deposit was not lifted upon checkout. Management did not immediately respond to our refund request. We had to threaten legal action for a response. Stay elsewhere.

It was very expensive due to the fact that it was parents weekend for SU. We weren't there for that but still paid a higher rate. There were no towels to be had. We were given one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth for 3 people. I went down to ask and was told there were none to check back after housekeeping arrives in the am. checked again 830am and still no towels. Had to shower at a friend's house. Had a king size bed and pull out sofa. Pull out sofa was dirty and springs really bad. unusable. Borrowed an air mattress from a friend. Totally disappointed in what we got for what we paid. Truly feel I'm owed a refund.

Breakfast was awful, stale muffins no hot foods on a Sunday. Dirty carpets , stained mattress , no hairdryer

This was the most overpriced room and worst quality I’ve ever seen. Door to my room was broke, had screws missing for the door latch, ac unit was broke, wash cloth had holes all through it, and they never restocked towels. Floor was filthy, bathroom toilet seat was broke, and the light was out so I had to shower in the dark.

My boyfriend woke up to bites all over his legs, I woke up to bites all over my arms. Pulled back sheets, mattress had a nasty brown stain on it. The only option as a drink for breakfast was coffee. No juice or water offered.

It was understandable that they were making upgrades to the property.

Clearly understaffed, yet the few people working were trying as best they could to help everyone. Patience is a must.
