No towels in room when we arrived no towels in the pool area wouldnt even let my kids sleep on the pull out bed it was so uncomfortable...severly understaffed they were polite and did there best but was definitely not worth the price for the room I have stayed at cheaper hotels with better accommodations that were more comfortable and cleaner breakfasts was sub par

The only good thing i have to say about this hotel was the spaciousness of the room.
The hotel was not ideal. There were no clean towels, our room had no heat, the hot water wasnt consistent, the pool was green, there were no pillows or blankets for the pull out bed, the blankets had stains on them. When I was checking out, I told the front desk all of these things and nothing was done. I didnt even get a partial refund. I paid 187 for one night and it wasnt worth a penny of that.

The fact the pool was infected people got sick at least that's what they told me. The pool was Green did not look healthy

No hair dryer in the room and none available. Young kids running around in the hall and being loud until well after 1:00 a.m.

Not good. Scant food. 1 chafing dish of eggs and sausage, 1 waffle maker, bagels toast and packaged muffins (2 kinds), milk and OJ, small plain yogurt and 2 kinds of cereal. No fruit at all. Waffle lines 20 people long as hotel was full
Sofa couch was unuseable. It looked like something they picked up off the side of the road. I wouldn't even sit on it until I covered it. The handicapped bathroom had only 1 grab bar which made it difficult to access the tub safely
First impression (Lobby) was nice!
Upon checking in the front desk attendant reminded me that it was non smoking- which was totally fine- got to the room and it smelled like an old ash tray immediately went back to the front desk was switched to a new room- thank you
The pool the pool was closed upon arrival to be filtered (I KNOW ITS NEED) HOWEVER; There was clumps of hair in the pool, ear plugs floating, seemed to be sand on the bottom of the INDOOR pool- went back to the pool after dinner- no towels the front desk attendant let us know- there weren't any more towels, not even bath towels they were all out; the kids had to walk through hotel to our room where we had to use the only 2 bath towels in the room (2 towels for a booking of 4).
Was going to use the "unused" garbage bag for the kids wet clothes from the pool- pulled the garbage bag out of the can and there were used tampons in the bottom of the garbage bag just placed over top!
Sofa bed had no Sheet/ bedding to be put on- couldn't use the sofa bed.

Maybe understaffed. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Loud refrigerator. Made loud ring sound. Switched rooms. Less clean. Breakfast wasn't refilled around 8am.
NEVER AGAIN. January 2026. This place should not be open to the public. We encountered filthy rooms that had not been cleaned. Gum on the bathroom handles, debris in the hallways, including paper, garbage, and beer caps. Other people's hair was in the bathroom and tub, and on the nightstands. Food wrappers littered the room. The bed skirts were torn. We had to change rooms because the first room had no heat, and the hotel staff admitted they knew it. We complained several times to the front desk about several concerning issues. The staff had no concern for our concerns. The second room had a king bed that was literally broken in half at the end. We requested pillows to cover the king bed in width (their silly pillows were small). The front desk refused. We chose this place for the pool. The pool water was green, and you could not see the bottom! In a shallow pool! The security glass door to the pool was cracked in half. This property lacks even basic maintenance or cleaning. This is a management and staff problem. This place is being transferred to the Marriott family. That level of hotel should not permit these unsanitary conditions. Also note that the hotel charges a $100 deposit to your card upon check-in. Read some other reviews regarding this. We had trouble getting this returned. The deposit was not lifted upon checkout. Management did not immediately respond to our refund request. We had to threaten legal action for a response. Stay elsewhere.
