The peace and quiet
Water wasn't hot

The location was good for us and the bed was comfortable
The room could use some cleaning. The hair dryer was missing and I asked twice and was told they couldn’t give us one but maintenance would have to install one, never happened. The stopper in the sink was broken but I found the parts and fixed it myself.
Room was clean
I went there because they had a pool for my boys birthday pool was not able to be used. My only reason for going to the hotel was for the kids to swim.
Disgusting impression of the service offered
On March 15, 2026, when I checked into my room, I discovered it was uncleaned, with signs of human presence everywhere, and the bed hadn't been made with clean sheets at all, clearly indicating two people had slept there (there's a photo). I immediately canceled my reservation and received a refund.
Today is April 1st, and the refund hasn't been processed. I sent two emails to the hotel but haven't received a response.
My impression of the hotel is disgusting.
I demand a prompt refund for this room.N

It was nasty , pool had bacteria in it and there was mold

I paid almost $200 for the night and the hot showers was not working. I called the front desk. They came and fix it in an hour and the water was overflowing from the shower room so overall it was it was OK.
Easily accessible. Cleanly. Well lit. Conveniently located right off the highway.
Honestly nothing stands out. I enjoyed our stay.
No towels in room when we arrived no towels in the pool area wouldnt even let my kids sleep on the pull out bed it was so uncomfortable...severly understaffed they were polite and did there best but was definitely not worth the price for the room I have stayed at cheaper hotels with better accommodations that were more comfortable and cleaner breakfasts was sub par
We booked for one night and 3 adults. The site included two queen bed and one sofa bed in which the sofa bed is unbearably uncomfortable. They did not provide comfortable bedding or blankets. This sofa bed needs to be tested for sleeping compatibility before the customers come to sleep in it. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve experienced and will be looked further.
The only good thing i have to say about this hotel was the spaciousness of the room.
The hotel was not ideal. There were no clean towels, our room had no heat, the hot water wasnt consistent, the pool was green, there were no pillows or blankets for the pull out bed, the blankets had stains on them. When I was checking out, I told the front desk all of these things and nothing was done. I didnt even get a partial refund. I paid 187 for one night and it wasnt worth a penny of that.
