Disappointing Hotel Experience
Pros:

The price, the lobby, the parking lot, the location.

Cons:

The receptionist assigned me a dirty and falling apart room. The restroom was too dirty and falling apart. The sink was broken into many pieces. It had a very old water faucet and very old dirty rusted shower head, dented, dirty bath tub, and the ceiling extractor was very noisy and falling apart. The bed spread on one of the beds had some like dried cemen stains. The phone in the restroom was hanging from the broken wall. The wall bottom moldings were so old that they were falling apart.
