Insane..disgusting filthy. No exaggeration. Floor was soaked in bathroom juice..crap feom the ceiling...sheets dirty bed covers burn holes...carpet wet and not vacuumed foe weeks I am guessing. This place shouldn't be allowed to operate really. I would be so embarrassed to own this business or this company There it is, the most horrible thing you could ever imagine.... Apparently, they did allow pets before, and you can definitely tell it. Because the hallway burns your eyes of urine, we went in there, and they had an active ozonator trying to purify the air, who, in their right mind would allow a guest to go into a room with an active ozonator trying to serralize the filthy disgusting room. The air conditioning vents were open filthy and not working. There was parts of the ceiling falling apart. The room was flooded and I'm guessing it was from the toilet with urine, p*** and poop. I don't know it's disgusting. Anybody who rated this over a one is not telling the truth. And there's absolutely no way those reviews anything higher than a one would be a lie. I would challenge the owners, or the staff to stay in room 223 there is absolutely no way anybody unless you are insane blind. Can't smell can't hear of course on major drugs could stay in a room like that. I would challenge the owner of the staff to try to spend one night in that room. There's no way they would do it. Unfortunately most of my pic didn't show the water ceiling ans active ozonator....
Location
Pool closed 2 day,ac shuts off when you leave,80 in room when come back.only hot food on week ends, out of 8 day stay 6 of them couldnt get in room, had to keep going to front desk, ask for blow dryer didn't work, finally got one on 5th day,no coffee pot in room, got us one,I opened mold all over, when first walk in room,I about fell, something they used was slick, going to send pics and a letter asking for a refund.
Location
The wall was falling apart with water damage
Refrig didn't work good.
Tub was slippery. Almost feel no non-slep stripes
My stay started off great. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the freshly remodeled room. Everything was new and clean.
The weather was very nasty the evening I stayed. Raining horribly hard and several hours. Approx 130am, laying in bed watching TV i went to get up to use restroom and stepped off bed into Approx a quarter inch of water on floor. All along the exterior wall, Approx 15 feet length of the exterior wall was deep in water, evidently coming in from the rains. I had things laying on floor that were soaked, black suede shoes, clothes etc. I had to pack up and the hotel had 1 room open for me to change to. I got into the new room and went to front desk to get change for the snack machines and the clerk informed me the new owners didn't leave money for making change. The clerk was nice enough to find me a bottle of water and pop tarts. After finally falling asleep about 430, 11 o'clock check out came really quick. I was headed back home, 3 hour drive.
Convenient location. They had a room for disabled customers.
The hand held shower head didn't work when I tried to use it upside down. Maybe it was supposed to work that way.
The staff.....every one.... was solicitous, effecient and intensley invested in promoting future bookings and referrals.
The outdoor table, chairs and trees made a luxurious place to lounge.
Understandably, portions of the motel were undergoing remodeling and a degree of inconvenience was to be expected.
The staff was nice
The bed was broken, the sink wouldn’t drain, the floor was dirty, the bed felt like it had a bug
Запах отвратительный, грязь, пыль, в матрас круглый, пришлось съехать сразу. В жизни отвратительного отеля не встречал, как этот!!
Nice friendly receptionist.
Dirty, not maintained, more cockroaches than guests. Absolute dump!
Absolutely nothing
Everything I read the views from early 2025, about being on a construction. Why is it still under construction? The place smell like filth and piss the pools out of commission. Several floors was out of commission, like none of this stuff was said in the advertisement in my room, the AC didn't work. The phone didn't work. They had multiple plugins field with extension chords.I felt like I was going to be and some type of fire hazard
Staff was very friendly
The rooms weren't the cleanest. The hallway and room didn't smell very good, soap was left in the shower, something brown was smeared on the wall in the bathroom, there was a big black (mold?) spot on the ceiling of the bathroom, behind the nightstand was dirty, and the toilet was broken.
NOTHING
hotel was under construction. First room air condition not working, had to move us to a second room. Second room air conditioner not working either. had to sleep with windows open for air. Spent most of time there moving from one room to another.
