Cozy and convenient
Pros:

空港に徒歩で向かえるので便利でした。
またホテルロビーにレンジもあったので近くで購入した食べ物を温めて食べることも出来ました。
ベット脇のテーブルが使いやすく、空間をうまく使えていました。

Cons:

エコの観点からお部屋に置いてあるお水が濾過水になっていました。
硬水が身体に合わないのでペットボトルのものが嬉しかったです。

Pros:

Good stay it’s a standard ibis, breakfast is included in the room rate which is a plus.

The airport is only a 15 minute walk away and it’s easy to do I did this both ways.

There is few places to eat around the hotel too, I would recommend the hotel

Notre activité professionnelle nous amène à utiliser très régulièrement les services hôteliers via l’application Booking, et ce depuis près de dix ans. C’est la première fois que je commets une erreur de date lors d’une réservation effectuée le jour même, en réservant par inadvertance pour le lendemain au lieu de la date du jour. La réservation a été payée en ligne, sans option d’annulation, et nous avons appelé l’hôtel pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive.
C’est à ce moment-là que le réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu’il n’envisageait aucune solution de sa propre initiative, alors même que des chambres étaient disponibles. Nous avons donc contacté Booking, qui s’est montré, comme toujours, efficace, professionnel et orienté solution, et a réussi à convaincre l’hôtel de modifier les dates.
À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous a précisé de manière condescendante que son accord était « exceptionnel » et qu’il n’aurait pas dû accepter compte tenu de l’absence d’option d’annulation. Ce ton moralisateur et infantilisant est totalement inacceptable. Une erreur peut arriver, surtout dans un contexte professionnel, et elle ne justifie en aucun cas ce type de comportement envers des clients.
J’ose espérer que ce positionnement ne reflète pas la politique ni la formation de la chaîne Ibis et qu’il s’agit d’un cas isolé. À noter que le personnel de jour, notamment au petit-déjeuner, était quant à lui aimable et professionnel. L’option vegan avec le yaourt coco est appréciable.
Concernant les chambres, le rapport qualité/prix est très décevant. Les équipements sont vieillissants, parfois abîmés, et d’un niveau comparable à un établissement de type B&B. Coussins très fins et inconfortables (trois pour deux personnes), draps synthétiques gaufrés peu agréables, traces de moisissures, présence de poils, serviettes fines et rêches. Le confort global correspond davantage à un niveau deux étoiles.

Pulita la stanza e gli spazi comuni. Colazione dalle 4.30 ottima

Avevo prenotato due camere comunicanti con un matrimoniale e due lettini, invece ho avuto una stanza quadrupla con un letto a castello per i bambini che volevo evitare perché sono troppo piccoli.
