Staff were fantastic

The location was excellent for malls clubs restaurants

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time was great and this time is just as great. The room is nice big and clean. The receptionist Jiji was nice and helpful, not to mention cute ;) she made everything simple and easy. And James was very helpful with getting me rides to get around. He even offered to drive me personally when one of the ride took too long. Thank you Jiji and James, I will be back soon. Sherman

Clean rooms. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything we asked for/about, they were very prompt. Quiet area!

Cons: bathroom.
- the bathtub is pretty high. You kinda have to climb into it. The shower always made a mess and always left puddles on the floor. Didnt really feel like there was a vent so the hot showers always left the bathroom steamy.
The descriptions say "sound proof rooms" but we could hear doors and people all the time in the halls.
The a/c - not sure if we just didnt know to use it but it will go from cold to just the fan and vice versa. Weird.
The room didnt really have a good spot to put our clothes - we just left them in our luggages. There wasnt any soap and sponge for us to wash and re-use the dishes. We had to wait til room service came to wash for us.
The location is not the best. A pretty far walk to the BTS skytrain. Wasnt THAT close to restaurants.


Probably wont stay again. We chose this place because we LOVED adelphi suites sukhumvit by Nana station and wanted to try another Adelphi property.

James and Ray were great. Hotel is 10 more or less to Prom Pong MRT. very nice Juice Bar/ Cafe steps away.

Proper cleaning needs to be done. Refrigerator handles and countertops were dirty with smudges. We had some trouble with washer/dryer not drying. Curtain rod fell down when being closed. Overall nice property. Location is great to public transportation. Grocery store on the corner.

Amazing stay ❤️ would definitely return! Its a 5 min walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong station. The downside is it takes an hour to get downtown or riverside regardless if you use public transport or hire a Grab car because of how sprawling Bangkok is.
But I felt like the transporting time was worth it for how luxurious and spacious the accommodations are at Adelphi Grande. And very affordable. The day we had arrived we had flown all night on little sleep and they took our luggage and let us swim in the pool and nap on the sun deck until check in time! Food in the restaurant is great, we enjoyed both lunch, breakfast buffet and room service. The pool is amazing, definitely a highlight! Free yoga by the pool Sunday ams was also a great experience. The staff are the nicest people, especially Sing at restaurant reception, he was wonderful and remember my coffee order each morning.

Excellent service and very accessible to BTS which is public transport like taxi or metro also the Roos has microphone laundry machine and big fridge room is quite and very clean

Adelphi grande is a lovely hotel. I occupied a 65sqm suite for four days the room had all the amenities required including a full fridge freezer and washing machine. Also a small thing sadly forgotten in most hotels now is a face cloth adelphi does provide these. The only draw back is it is some distance from the night life areas but a 100baht bolt solves that. There is a good shopping complex near in the emquartier. Also there nearest 7/11 is some 200m walk. The restaurant is awesome and well priced.

incredible location and spacious rooms

Had a fantastic stay here. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. WiFi is fast & appreciated the washing machine & fridge. Staff are great, many thanks to Ray & her team. Nothing was too much trouble & always a friendly greeting. Short walk to BTS train & huge Emquartier shopping mall, big food court. Great value & highly recommended!!

Had a great stay! It was super easy to get around and the accommodations were lovely! Also love the housekeeping here was super quick and efficient. Loved this stay.
