ゆっくり過ごせる場所でした。比較的に駅近だったことも良かったです。
Pros:

清潔で部屋も広く、家族３人でゆったり過ごせました。スーツケース開けていても狭く感じなかったですし、日本のテレビも見れて子供には助かりました。

Cons:

強いて言えば、お風呂やトイレの排水が若干甘く、流れるのに時間がかかった事

Séjour très agréable, superbe emplacement.
Pros:

Le service du personnel - la proximité avec la station de BTS et les centres commerciaux aux alentours

Cons:

Il manque des suspensions pour les serviettes dans la salle de bains et également à l’entrée.
Il n’y a pas de casserole alors qu’il y a une plaque de cuisson, c’est dommage.

Spacious rooms, but loud AC and hard matrasses

Room was spacious, 2 bottles of complementary water daily, cleaning, quiet location

Cons:

AC is kinda loud, toilets are weird, no hot water in the shower. After almost 2 weeks i called, and they managed to fix the hot water issue. Some places don’t get cleaned at all. There was a date on the floor of the restaurant literally for a week. Also a door had a bird’s or gecko’s poop on it for days, it never got cleaned, so that raises questions about cleanliness of the place.

SEVERE WARNING!
Pros:

SEVERE WARNING! Not a hotel, but a low-quality apartment building with breaking promises
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place! First and foremost: this is NOT a hotel, but an apartment complex. The photos and listings on Agoda are extremely misleading (the property is listed twice under different names and ratings, making it very hard to know the truth). We booked a 4-night stay, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
* Room Condition & Maintenance: We arrived at 1:00 AM. The 14th floor smelled heavily of strong chemical glue, causing dizziness. The room was completely broken down, damp, filled with mold, had a leaking shower, and no working electricity. After complaining, we were moved to a second room that was even worse—again, broken furniture and no power in the bathroom.
* Safety & Atmosphere: The environment felt completely unsafe. On multiple occasions, we encountered escorts exiting neighboring rooms in groups—something impossible to mistake. It felt entirely inappropriate for regular guests.
* Breakfast & Staff: At breakfast, the hall was deserted. There was no receptionist or waitstaff to check us in or greet us—only a cook making eggs.
* Broken Promises & Terrible Service: The receptionist acknowledged the issues and explicitly promised us that if we chose to leave early, we would receive a full refund for the remaining nights. We tried giving it one last chance with a third room, but it was just as uninhabitable. When we decided to leave, we were made to wait over an hour because the receptionist couldn't reach a manager. We had no choice but to leave and pay out of pocket for a real hotel.
After filing multiple requests through Agoda customer support, the management completely reneged on their word and refused to grant the promised refund. They mislead guests, fail to maintain basic safety standards, and break their promises. Do not waste your money here!

Great place
Pros:

Good location in a quiet lane, but on a busy business road & district.
Nice contemporary decor, very large room with all elements & stuff may need during a long stay.

Special Thanks to Lamiad, house keeper who is very kind and helpful. She looks after the place very well and assisted in all kinds to ensure of a very comfortable stay.

Food is fresh and clean. All staffs are very kind and polite. We like this place and certainly we shall return.

Accommodations and location is the selling point of this hotel. We truly enjoy our stay here, the hotel employees were wonderful, especially James Ray who was very helpful and was very knowledgeable which made our trip very enjoyable. I highly recommend this location.
