Great service great hotel!!! The best thing here is the staff, they are so helpful and great. Our Housekeeper Sa was super accommodating and sweet! The receptionists were very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bangkok because of how kind the workers are.
Good place, great location , great staff. Especially Jame super friendly and always ffreindly when I have my coffee in the morning!
Housekeeping was amazing, room was always cleaned amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful! Sa in housekeeping was especially lovely and did a great job with my room 😁

何時もバスタブ付きのバスルームだったが今回はシャワーだけだった、専用バスルームとあったのでてっきりバスタブがあると思っていた。テレビが一時故障した。
This is like my home away from home when I visit Bangkok. The prices are great for all you get. Large, very clean rooms with a washer dryer that makes a long stay so easy. Great facilities, and love the yoga on Sunday mornings, but what makes this place special for us is the staff and the customer service. They are all fantastic. Nuk, Bitoey, Usman, and Lek in the dining room with great service with a smile. The cooks all greeted us as we came in. They just made coming down for breakfast such a pleasure. Ya and Jum were always asking if we needed a shuttle and anything else we needed or had questions with, they took care of immediately. Fourt and the team at the front desk handled everything perfectly. They even took care of my next reservation here and receipts and information were in my email within an hour. Last but certainly not least and who really deserves a five star mention was Khung who cleaned the room. Yes, it was super clean but it was the customer service she provided. There were many days that we needed to leave late in the afternoon and it was never a problem. We came back and it looked nicer than when we checked in. This is why I come back here time after time.

Amazing experience in Bangkok! Highly recommended the Adelphi the staff have been fantastic and the facilities are top notch, very well maintained.. The hotel offers close proximity to transport and nearby city sights. Thank you Mr James concierge, Ms Fort front office, Sing restaurant and Sa housekeeping you all have made my experience in Bangkok extra memorable!!

I want to personally shoutout Mr. James and Ms.Fourt for their excellent customer service. The entire staff are professional at the Adelphi Grande. Everything is excellent from the restaurant, swimming pool, weight room.

I had a good stay at Adelphi Grande Sukhumvit. The hotel is well located, the pool is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was comfortable, overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and good facilities. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
Cleanliness could have been better in some areas. Breakfast was probably the weakest point for me. The selection was quite limited, especially for international guests. Most of the options were Thai dishes, which may be great for some travelers, but it's not what I typically enjoy eating in the morning. Another disappointment was the shower, which had very little water pressure and barely produced enough water for a comfortable shower.
