Hotel not suitable room very dirty all wall and ceiling really bad, everything out dated,muskito in the room not worth it, waste of money.
Ok budget option
Definitely not sunshine , as a cheap stay the factories were really poor , room was in a rough state , needs updating , no hot water for shower in the morning, just dirty and the workmanship of the finishes were so bad , health and safety definitely not a priority, but just need a room for the night as was going to the airport, stay clear of these hotels our standard to there’s is so apart.
My Pick up and drop off was include in the booking with this hotel. Pick up was on time but drop off, I had to wait for around 1 hour with my mother who have medical issues outside the reception area.
I had given flight time to drop us at the airport, 1 day in advance and called next day morning to pick us up at 10am to the airport but the cab was not there till around 11am.
I was very stressed losing flight. My mother and me had to stand outside to wait for the cab for 15/20 minutes with the direction of the staff.
By going thought that much stress, gave me horrible experience with this hotel. We usually book sunshine hotel for our previous bookings but this time really bad service and lack in organisation.
I tried to communicate in the app and sent messages but no reply. when I asked the staff about the cab, they said the cab is coming soon in 5/10 minutes, but never came on time.
No elevator, being seniors had to climb stairs, no hot water, shuttle delayed to pick us up from the airport. First call, Asked us to wait at gate B we were waiting for 1/2 hrs when called again they said that they were waiting at gate A. henceforth Charged us Rs250 for shuttle parking. Further delayed to pick us up from hotel to the airport. We were waiting on the road for 20 minutes.

The restrooms were not cleaned . We asked them multiple times to clean and on top of that we came in little early and they charged us 1000rs extra even though we lived there only for 10 hours

I did call them for shuttle from airport they hang up call and they didn’t send the shuttle.
Emailed the hotel to pick my friend and i up from airport. Communication was good to pick up. But you have to pay for shuttle parking in airport and remember to tip the driver. Hotel is not the most luxurious but its close to airport
Ideal stay close to airport
We stayed at this hotel for two reasons: its proximity to the Mumbai International airport, and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service. We needed a room for the night. For the price, it was okay. Good points: The staff were courteous. The shuttle was there on time to take us to the airport.
Negatives: The room air- conditioner was squeaking, so we turned it off. The ceiling fan made rattling noises. We were exhausted and slept through.
Conveniently located near airport. There was a mix up with the shuttle I had requested and I ended up waiting at the airport for a long time and having to contact them again before I was picked up. A nice simple breakfast was served in the morning and all the staff were very kind and helpful.
Building was so dirty, pillows, bed sheets, towels were so dirty and old.

Okay. I get it that I have to pay the 160 Rs for the parking pass. Even though, it says "free" airport transfers there and back. There were 3 other Indian customers and they didn't have to pay. Just saying, that's how I started this experience. I also can agree that I might have messed up the booking. I booked for one night and it turns out I should have booked the 13th-14th instead of 14th-15th. Now, as I am in customer service, especially if I had a room available; would have seen the mistake made and would have just clarified what the issue was and then gave them the room. Instead, the manager insisted that I pay for another night. I had planned on sleeping there from 3am when I got in till 12pm the next day. That was it. I had already paid for a single night there and thats what I was expecting. But since I got in at 2:30am on the 14th not the 15th they wanted to charge me for another night. 1650 Rs. Okay. I have had very little sleep, even for me, the last few days and all I want for do is sleep. I contact hotels.com via their online chat. I start chatting with Mia, she gets the problem and then calls the hotel. I hear the conversation that she has on the phone, it is the exact same thing. I asked Mia what my options are. It takes a little bit longer than I had patients for at the time and I agree to pay just so I can lie down. She then messages me that I can get a receipt and email it to them, they will sort it out. The place was filthy, and expensive for a dump hotel
