Extremely high price for the stay and for parking!
Cons:

Parking - We paid for 1 night $89.50 --- do you think it is a fair price? Yes - It's terrible!!

@ 2 Queen beds room - but JUST 1 robe, 1 pair of slippers, 1 tooth-cleaning kit.

Outstanding stay
Pros:

Excellent location to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable as we did not use our car the entire stay. Loved the room refresh completed daily. This lost in some hotels but was excited to see every day our room was restocked and tidy on our return from shopping and exploring. I will definitely be coming back. All staff were very helpful and courteous.

Disappointed stay
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room had no closet or waste can in bathroom. Door stuck opening & closing. Very very pricey for drinks. Staff was more interested in their cell phones than customers. We will not stay there again. It use to be fabulous.

Great choice close the everything, the bar with a view was a highlight of the trip.
Pros:

We loved the river view and unique decor touches, location and bed comfort were excellent

Cons:

The downstairs restaurant didn’t have any good coffee, it was disappointing in the morning, the atmosphere was very nice

it was our honeymoon and we couldn’t have had a better time or stay!!!

The property was in a great area, in a beautifully renovated building, and decorated magnificently.

Cons:

I really can’t think of anything. It was just a great stay.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

Great experience. Very courteous, always smiling and very attentive. We had a wonderful experience and will return to this hotel. We make frequent visits. Ashley and Phill were a delight. Everyone was so kind.

Great hotel, great service!!!
Pros:

We had a mixup with another hotel and booked this on our way there. Best mixup ever!! The first person to greet us was Ashley, the valet. Mind you all of the valets were great from handing us cold bottled water to making sure the app on our phone was working. Great service a great impression for the hotel.
Next was the front desk who was were both very friendly, and i believe her name was Atvia, went above her call of duty and when we asked about a ghost tour provided the contact information and a coupon.
Room was great very spacious and the mattress was wonderful.
We had breakfast the next morning on the first floor overlooking the river and it too was great. Service was wonderful and by the end of the meal knew everyone.
Thank you for showing how a hotel should be run!!! Great people, great service. Starting with Ashley, OUR valet.

Savannah stay
Pros:

The location was great, easy walking access to most things in Savannah. Valet parking.

Cons:

Room was okay, nothing spectacular, definitely a one time stay. Hotel room door was extremely hard to open and close, mechanical issue. Not all riverview rooms have opening window/doors as in pics, call and request. Noise travels well, could hear everything all night.
