Location was good
It was dirty, poorly maintained, staff was less than helpful, and very disorganized.
Water was everywhere throughout the hotel. Rooms were ok, but floors were dirty in the room, hallways, stairs, everywhere.
Breakfast was poorest I’ve had at a holiday inn, very disappointed.
Clean and good location
The pancake machine was broken pretty disappointing that over$200 for one night and can't get pancakes.
The swimming pool was too cold. The hot tub needed to be cleaned better.
The room floor must be slanting inward as all the dresser drawers would come open on their own, the desk drawer stayed open as well, lamps slanted inward. Very odd.
Everything was good,breakfast was very good!!

I paid twenty dollars more than I booked for online. The tub had black mold around the tub and hair on the bed sheets. The inside appearance of the building was not up to Holiday inn standards. the floors are weak the make noise when walked on.
There was biscuits and gravy available for breakfast. The room was clean and had fresh towels
The hot tub was broken and did not work. There were zero towels in the pool area. There was very little food at Breakfast. The pancake maker was out and was not filled. The juice machine was broken. Only water available to drink, the coffee was out. Had to use the coffee from the lobby. There was zero fruit. No bagels, no bread for toast. No muffins. No yogurt. No milk. No cream cheese.
Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.
Wish there were walkin showers and toilets were higher.

Noise in the hallway
I require cleanliness, quietness, and safety. This facility was dated, dirty, loose bathroom tiles, sour/urine-smelling bathroom (like a bad nursing home), dirty and loose carpets, and was noisy late late into the night. If asked, "would I send a friend here"? The answer is no. Oh and don't forget the woman at the desk telling a coworker she had covid. Really? Come to work with covid?
Our one night stay was vety nice. Good breakfast as well.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we can tell it needs renovated. Lots of carpeting problems. The breakfast food was really good and all the people were friendly in the eating area and at the front desk.
The hotel staff were very kind. The hotel room was very clean. However, the hallway leading to the elevator and the front desk needed some attention. This is first impression with guests so you want to make it look great. The breakfast smelled amazing. We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast because her had somewhere to be. Would def stay again.
Stayed in a king suite. The room itself wasnt bad except for right outside the window the pillar from the building was right there so that was our view. I didntbreally expect a great view though, i mean it was Dubuque, Iowa. Bathtub in my suite had standing water when using shower. Went down to use hot tub while my son swam and hot tub was out of order. Elevator was out of date on their inspections by months. The elevator floor was filthy with food and trash that a vacuum could have solved. The front desk staff clearly did not want to be there. The pancakes at breakfast were not done- the machine was not working properly. Had to ask breakfast staff to fill bacon, eggs, juice machine more then once while several guests were waiting and asking them to bring out more food as well. Pull out couch in my suite was so uncomfortable that my son got no good rest at all after being up all day for a wedding and then at a reception that night. We asked for more towels and staff said we dont have extra. Wow!!! Only good thing i have to say about my stay was location to wedding and reception i was there for. Will not return. I do not recommend! A multimillion dollar company such as Holiday Inn and this is how you run business?! Not a good look Holiday Inn, not a good look.
