Disappointed. Won’t be spending money here again.

Lobby smelled fresh and clean, welcoming even.

Cons:

Staff was very short and rude with conversation, seemed to be inconvenienced to check me in, as well as check me out for snacks. Two lady’s available took 13 minutes to be help me, while one was visually busy on computer, but did not greet or inform me, and the other swiping away on her phone. Bathroom door didn’t lock, safety lock on main door didn’t lock (you could physically pull the door open even while the latch was in place), so didn’t feel safe with my 3year old, as we were from out of state. I called before booking, with the intent of an indoor pool, but was informed it was closed down for cleaning upon arrival, but only after inquiring. I was fully unaware of a $35(?) dollar fee for incase of damage, which was no problem. HOWEVER. I never received this retainment fee back, and I went as far as to pull trash bags and leave near the door, stripped the beds, etc..
I called for a week straight trying to get in contact with a representative from management or higher, to no avail. So gave up. We will NOT be back.

Overall, I accomplished my tasks and the stay was good.
Pros:

The beds and the size of the room! I usually book a king but, since I had my niece with me, I booked a queen double and the room was huge!!!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Hard biscuits and watery eggs.

Pros:

We loved the indoor pool, the location was great, the evening lady was nice. Breakfast was okay

We had a problem with the toilet not flushing, they switched us rooms but it was smaller, kinda disappointed about that.

Cons:

Cleaning staff had to be chased down for new towels for my room. And take out my own trash. The back patio was full of trash and people left dog poop on the grass . After the first day couldn't get pool towels. For the price the service was not great

Pros:

Quiet resting place! The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a number of options and good quality. We don't like to complain but the bathroom floor seemed a little sticky. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pros:

I was on the fourth floor south side of the building there is no internet service and was told it doesn’t work up there. Seems that he’s rooms should be cheaper. Train across the road goes by every hour and lays on the horn.
