I'll be back
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go very clean the staff I only met two of them. They are both the front desk people the gentleman I think his name is David checked me and couldn't have been better and the young lady checking me out. They were all great. They need a raise, give them a raise.

Cons:

The street was hard to see to turn onto maybe some signage closer to the road if possible

Would not recommend staying on the first floor.
Cons:

It was loud sounds that kept us up all night. We don’t know if they came from the air conditioning unit that was right outside our window. But they were very loud and consistent.

Don't book online if you don't want to be charged twice

. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. After booking through Booking.com, my card was charged by the hotel even though I was specifically told it would only be used for a $25 incidental/damage hold. I am still disputing these charges and have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the hotel, but have received little assistance. What should have been an easy return to my CC now I have to report a fraudulent charge in hopes to receive my funds back my CC due to lack of training on their end.

The problems did not stop there. Upon arrival, there were puddles of water on the floor near the front desk, creating a clear safety hazard. I informed the employee that at the very least a wet floor sign should be placed to warn guests. When I returned after getting my luggage, the water was still there and no warning signs had been put out.

Our room was equally concerning. The refrigerator leaked water throughout the room, the bed had a large stain on it, the sheets were dirty, and the towels appeared unclean as well. We were forced to change the bedding ourselves. Every issue was reported to staff, yet it seemed there was a lack of training, urgency, and concern in addressing guest complaints.

Between the unauthorized charge, poor cleanliness standards, maintenance issues, and lack of proper customer service, this stay fell far below expectations. I cannot recommend this property and hope management takes these concerns seriously to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issues.

I would never stay there again maintenance is horrible and they offered no kind of discounts for the pool being down the

It was in a good location and a nice wooded area

Cons:

The pool was closed the entire time I was there three days they see unit broke. They had to repair it. The entry door to the room wasn’t working correctly. They had to repair it room wasn’t ready when I got there to check in. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The staff was even complaining everything was breaking. They need to burn it down and rebuild it.
