Was just alright
Pros:

Location is good. Not too much noise. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Was not clean. Sticky dirty floor in room. Elevator floors and doors were dirty. Garbage can outside of front door was overflowing with trash.

got ripped off and delayed.
Pros:

they messed up my credit card in the system and made me wait 15 minutes and then told me to contact Booking and Booking still charged me even though i stayed at a different hotel.

Cons:

they said they’d charge me a $250
fee for my pet even though i searched Booling as let friendly

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

The facilities were very clean. Didn’t have any complaints or problems with our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location was good located off the Highway. Close to Walmart and places to eat.

Will not ever stay there again. I will drive the extra 40 minutes and stay in Slidell.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, breakfast crew were friendly.

Cons:

Had to change rooms, manager and asst. manager were rude and unhelpful. Elevator was out of service and we were placed on the third floor. I have to use a cane to walk and it was miserable.

Pleasant,but not again
Pros:

Clean , good location for my stay, I was early as I drove from Houston but they made me wait for hours ,no early check in this case.i was somewhat annoyed about that as a IHG MEMBER
