Not willing to stay here again. Hallways run down lookin. Mattresses old. Rooms need to be updated.

Second room - ants found after we unpacked already- reported on exit.
Breakfast- no muffin or danish, no jelly, no non-flake cereal.

Terrible value for $270
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Rugs were filthy, bed was uncomfortable, room was extremely hot despite attempts to lower the heat. Interconnected door gave access to another room, without having the option to lock the door from my side. I had to ask the front desk twice to make sure they didn’t put anyone in the adjoining room since we had no way of locking that door.

While the facility is fine, the staff is somewhat lacking.
Cons:

Maids come too early for those not checking out, then don't come back. We leave dirty towels out, even in the hallway & no one takes them & doesn't bring us clean towels. This happened during our stay in January too. There were never any paper towels in the ladies' public restroom. Three times I told staff & no one added any.

Es ist, wie bei den Meisten amerikanischen Hotels, einfach einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn war undicht. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage total abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war nicht besser, als in den Billighotels. Es gab künstliches Ei und Pancakes zum Selbstmachen. Das Pool war ohne Wasser.

Cons:

No hot water for a shower. After running it for like 10 minutes, it became warm with the dial turned all the way to hot. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 1 floor. The pool was being renovated. I am a member of the IHG since 2019 and swear by them until our experience today. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
