I work railroad and I’ve been here for a while every week even though I had a do not disturb on my door somebody has came in my room and moved my stuff three or four the other guys I work with had pills stolen, and one guy had a Garmin watch stolen out of his room. All the linens are damp, and there were bugs in the room. NO HOT WATER BEEN HERE FOR A MONTH! Supervisor books rooms don’t have anyway to change it
Good clean rooms. Cost seems high but that’s the story nowadays.
The staff was incredibly accommodating!! Our fridge was broken, they had it replaced quickly, we needed sheets for the pullout, and they were quick to respond. Very friendly!
Sadly, the pool was under construction.

Nice front desk staff.
Tv couldn’t work. Shower had no soap. Breakfast was meager with no batter for pancakes. Carpets were not vacuumed in certain areas.

Pool was not working after I was told on phone it was. Water pressure in shower was not good. Asked for extra towels for the shower was told they didn’t have any. They were all being washed.
There was mold in the bathroom, peeling wall paper, no hot water for showers, the breakfast was awful and most of the staff did not speak english.
The front desk staff was amazing. Very professional and pleasant.
We had tones of ants in our room and the noise from the upper floor made it impossible to get rest.
Staff were friendly.
They were under construction and they were in the rooms around us. There was a lot of noise. Also, the AC didn't work that great. When we called to ask about it there was an apathetic response. We were also charged a $50 deposit that no one mentioned.
My room was nasty and the air conditioner did not work. I paid over $200 a night and they did nothing.
