Had to wait until almost 4pm to get into a room due to sold out hotel night before and rooms not ready at 3pm.

It was a little too expensive for what we got. But I guess that's the way it is
Pros:

Breakfast was fine . Even had a gluten free chocolate muffin one day and a bagel the next . The lady that was working was wonderful. Very nice to me and she was very busy ..

Cons:

You could have had water in the room at no cost. The bathroom counter was much too small .

Exceptionally clean, great location
Pros:

Very clean, well-appointed room. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Love the purse shelf by the door!
Great location near the Interstate.

Cons:

Television reception was very poor.

Exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms must have been recently renovated because everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast bar was one of the best we have had at a hotel in a long time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only negative was that the clock didn't work in the room.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dewitt-Syracuse was an excellent choice for our brief stay.
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites provided a good location for our brief stay, the best bed of our trip, a good breakfast, a nicely appointed room and seemed relatively new.

Cons:

Didn't have time to watch TV, but the channels seemed limited.
