Clean, friendly but not safe outdoors
Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean

Cons:

The pool was very small and cloudy. And there were homeless people hanging out in the patio.

The price is high

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Over prices drinks and snacks. 6 bucks for a 20oz drink and 12 dollars for a small ice cream, worse than the airports. Just walk down the parking lot to the grocery store and get what you need.

Won’t be back
Pros:

Close to where we were visiting.

Cons:

I was charged a $600.00 deposit though I already paid Booking. com. It has been on my credit bill for three days now and when I questioned the charge, thought it was a deposit. they said their records didn’t show that even though I showed them the charge on my credit card app.

투숙객 편의에 충실한 호텔이네요.
Pros:

투숙객의 편의에 최선을 다하는 곳임. 아주 훌륭한 곳임.

Cons:

호텔이 있는 곳이 Twentynine Palms라는 작은 시골마을이라 병원이 없어 아쉬움. 다만 호텔과 100m 이내에 대형마트가 있어 식료품 구입에는 문제가 없음.

It's quiet and off the main hwy.
Pros:

It was convenient to go in and out of Joshua tree national Park. There's a stater Brothers right across the street.
mona at the front desk was very helpful, kind, considerate and professional.

Cons:

The bathtub wasn't as clean as I like it, and the cushions in the love seat need cleaning.

Wonderful customer service
Pros:

After driving over three hours from Las Vegas to visit Joshua Tree, we arrived tired and a bit overwhelmed and Gabriel immediately made us feel at ease. He was working the front desk alone on New Year’s Day, welcoming a steady stream of guests with such a mellow, kind, and genuinely warm presence. He never felt rushed or stressed, and his calm energy truly set the tone for our stay. After a long drive, his kindness meant more than he probably realizes. Gabriel is a wonderful representative of the hotel.
