Outstanding customer service.
Pros:

Got delayed in Rosenburg and had to book a late room and the app was not being very accomidating trying to get a room booked cause of the time of night and Kendra was problably the best customer service representive i have come across!
There was a new system implemented and Kendra made sure that i would be accomidated, was really refreshing to have someone who bascially really cared about the customer and the service they provided. Nice clean room, great shower, and the coffee on point! Definitly recommend.

Great Stay Nice Location
Pros:

Great location and a nice, quiet stay. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom set up was really nice. The room was nice size. The location was nice.

Cons:

The ice machine wasn't working on our floor which was frustrating. The room AC unit wasn't the best but it worked well enough.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel on April 23rd and 24th 2026 I used a chime card the first night I stayed they took out the money , I went to the front desk the following morning and requested another night there they then took out of my frost card for 2 nights which was 257.00 then I look at my frost card this morning and they took out 260.00 I feel they have ripped me off cause now I got 70.00 in overdraft fees , I been going to this hotel for awhile and never ever had this happen before I will not be staying at this hotel ever again .
