It was a good stay overall.
Pros:

I liked the fact that they had a room for us at the last minute. I wasn't going to stay here since I had a previous reservation and didn't make it but my son wanted to stay here, so here we came. The lady who worked breakfast, I apologize can't remember her name but she was very nice and treated us like family. We always enjoy her when we stay, when she's working.

Cons:

They were remodeling. It was things everywhere, but the quality of the rooms for Fairfield was great. They could have had more options for breakfast.

The location was convenient to where I was working but there weren't alot of food options nearby.

Cons:

It wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation that renovations were underway so there was limited access to facilities, limited breakfast options and construction going on in the main floor.

Great stay if the construction equipment had been properly handled.

The room was nice and clean newly renovated.

Cons:

Construction for renovation of the rooms was badly thought out. There were containers with equipment scattered all over the parking lot and not contained to only a single area of the parking lot. This made it extremely hard to park without the fear of my car being damaged by the construction crew. The waste from the construction looked like it was managed by children. Debris missed the large container and was left on the ground outside the container to blow around in the wind and for guests to be in danger of tripping and falling from this debris. The containers were placed in the parking lot with no barriers or warning tape to help keep the guests away from danger. This is not solely the management responsibility it is shared with the contractor.
