The Delafield Hotel

Such a great hotel! Spotless! Friendly staff. First experience bringing our dog and they were amazing with her. Walking distance to many great restaurants and close enough to visit Milwaukee. Will definitely be back

The hotel certainly has charm and a great atmosphere, staff was excellent.

However, our room was not what I consider to be top quality. I understand challenges of the older structure, but some things were just overlooked. Tile around tub needed grout repair, calcium buildup in shower floor, a broken lamp, poor patchwork on walls. These are things I often would not complain about but when rooms are over the $200+ mark for a night I expect more.

Great hotel, great room. The bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was great. I had a really nice stay. Wish it was longer.

The Delafield Hotel was wonderful— I really enjoyed my two-night stay! The staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, and I love being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in the town.

We love this hotel and love to take our pup! It’s also a beautiful venue for a bridal or baby shower. We’ve had both there. ❤️ For the quality and expense of the hotel, it’s disappointing to not have any breakfast option. The ironing board in our room was microscopic and difficult to use. 😂

My wife and I got married there last year. To this day, people comment on the venue and the food. What I'm writing this review about is one year after our wedding. We wanted to stay at the Delafield Hotel again for our anniversary, so we contracted them ahead of time to book the honeymoon site. When we arrived, they treated us like royalty and had a bottle of champagne for us in the room (and they even let us do an early check-in by a couple of hours!). We had dinner at Id and it was delicious. The unique dishes combine robust and bright flavors that made our night even more enjoyable. 10/10 coming back every year!

Ps: you HAVE to try the shower there. They have the triple shower head option and it's bliss (waterfall, body jets, and handheld).

This is a nice hotel. Staff were great, there’s a really good restaurant in the lobby, and there a gym next door with a sauna that you get to use as a guest. Rooms were quite nice, housekeeping on point. I look forward to returning!

Great service. Restaurant has great food. Easy and very fast check in. Only $50 incidental fee, which for a hotel of that caliber it’s usually way more. One of the nicest and cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. A+.

Comfortable beds

Gorgeous room. Beautiful fragrance and ambiance. Delightful local cuisine. We love this place!

Room was clean and spacious. Grab and go breakfast advertised, but discontinued (I suggest removing it from stated offerings). Help desk people were helpful. We enjoyed the privacy and will return.

Great facility!. Great atmosphere! Fantastic restaurant and bar! Room was spacious. Staff were attentive and polite. Highly recommend!

The Delafield Hotel and their staff are amazing, especially Claire!

One of our favorite hotels. Stay here often, but service was lacking. Rooms are huge. Bathroom has excellent Kohler shower.
Room decor is sparse for the massive space provided. No comfortable chairs or sofa other than the desk chair. No place for more than one person to sit or dine. Black ceiling makes the room dark. Needs more lighting.
Housekeeping was not provided on third day. We removed the 'do not disburb' sign from the door about 11:00 am but we were later told that Housekeeping had checked at 11 am and it was still there. No return check was apparently made. Staff apparently went home after that initial check because it was Christmas Eve. But no prior notice had been given that service would be limited that day. Front desk provided us with 2 sets of fresh towels,

Liked the location for events we were doing

Was very impressed with this hotel. It’s a cute boutique hotel near Erin Hills Golf Course which we were playing over 2 days. Our flight in got diverted and we ended up missing the first night. The hotel were very accommodating, they didn’t charge us for that missed night and they gave us a few upgrades to make up for our travel trip from hell.
