It was good overall but the TV challenge and the breakfast were disappointing

I have stayed there many times. It is clean and quiet. Great lobby and bar area

The breakfast used to be fantastic. It was horrible this time. The TV remotes were an exercise in frustration. Not what a tired traveler wants to struggle with

Not returning to this hotel.
Pros:

Overall facility, bed was comfortable. Staff polite an efficient. Breakfast was okay, but all of the hot selections overcooked. Facility was modern and looked recently renovated. We did receive a $50 credit for the condition of one room.

Cons:

One of two rooms disappointed. Previous guest's t-shirts were in the closet, and were returned to the front desk. Bathroom towels were very dirty. This was not up to the standards of a Hilton. Had to pay $17 for parking some distance behind the hotel. Too far for these 83 year old legs. While in the main lounge area enjoying drinks, a large roach ran across the carpet between us. Kind of summed up our visit.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, and the prompt attention to needs.

Cons:

Breakfast was chaotic and there sat not enough staff to keep things running smoothly. We stayed during a holiday so it was very busy. Hopefully they will pay more attention to this area.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

Check in staffe was great.

Cons:

Entry way to elevators smelled like Marijuana, bath tub had mold build up crevices, bath room floor had pubic and head hair on it, floors were also covered in hair (did not look vacuumed at all), the mattress on bed felt like a half deflated air bag ( we both woke with back pain). Will not ever stay at a Hilton again.

Pros:

We loved everything about it the location, staff,hospitality. It was our 2nd night that wasn't enjoyable.

Cons:

First night was great the 2nd day was even great it was the night that was horrible. A group of young was staying beside us partied all night and kept us up and we have a pretty big travel day the next day so we actually checked out and had to go pay for another room some where else so we could get a couple hours of sleep before traveling.

Best stay ever!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar served excellent drinks, and our room was beautiful!

Great place to stay, nice and clean. Just to cold.
Pros:

Very nice recently renovated. It was extremely cold in the lobby and hotel in general. Colder inside than outside.
