Appearance was nice - turned off by uncleanliness of room.

The hotel is beautiful inside the lobby. The room layout was excellent.

Cons:

Housekeeping!!
Housekeeping was horrible. Pubic hair was found on the tub floor and wall. Bathroom floor had hair left on floor. Bottom of tub was dirty. I used my own wet wipes to wipe clean furniture tops and bathroom facilities.
It’s really a shame cause the property appears very nice. Customers staying in hotels always want to be confident that rooms are spotless and clean and not find previous occupants’ remnants in the room. Also, neighborhood behind property was very scary and depressed. Did not feel myself or vehicle was secure.
Because of this I don’t believe I would stay here again.

Above al we enjoyed it and is planning a trip there next year
Pros:

Breakfast was on point fresh and good. The location was great didn't have to go far for lots of tourists attractions. Will visit again

Cons:

Clean up did make bed or change sheets that was a big disappointment
