Pros:

Love everything about this place. The breakfast and the pool was great they had bacon i love bacon.

Cons:

No flat sausage just the links. But they did have bacon and sausage so more varieties and breakfast food.

Convenient but should have been cleaner for the price.
Pros:

Booking the reservation went smoothly and the convenance of the hotel being by the convention center.

Cons:

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been for the price. The beds were halfway made and had dirt on them. There were dust bunnies all around the air filter vent.

Overnight birthday trip
Pros:

The young man making the omelettes was very good. I couldn't believe he could make four different omelettes at one time and continue to be so friendly. Gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hair was on the shower wall in our bathroom. Room didn't get very cold. Food was not kept stocked at the breakfast buffet.

Definitely not the experience I was accustomed to from Embassy Suites.
Pros:

The breakfast was a nightmare. The buffet was out of plates for 20 minutes. They were out of coffee and several other items
Had to call guest services only to get Emma the virtual assistant. What a joke! Called 3 times and complain at front desk ( that did no good) just trying to get bedding for the pull out sofa.

Cons:

So many things. Our stay was a big disappointment
