Embassy Suites at the Convention Center in Hot Springs was an excellent place to stay at a great price!
Pros:

It was close to everything. We loved the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Breakfast was included and prepared us for our day of sightseeing.

10/10 would stay again!
Pros:

I love the suit having a bedroom and livingroom! The staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly. Very close to downtown. They asked if we wanted a low or high floor and he said he would get us a high room with a mountain view and it was so beautiful to wake up to every morning. They also text asking how your stay is or if you need anything. The last night they asked if we needed late checkout I asked how much it was because we wanted to go gem mining one last time and would need showers before going home And they added an extra hour for us. 10/10 would definitely stay at this location or another Embassy.

Cons:

Honestly I have no complaints at all.

Everything was perfect. Room was clean they texted to make sure everything was good!

It’s not a big deal but. Could have been a bit better about keeping up with the food when it was empty also the silverware.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and they did not disclose that it cost $10 a night for parking until we checked out which was frustrating

Worth the money
Pros:

Great location, staff was phenomenal.

Cons:

The bathroom in the lobby was closed the entire time we stayed there so it was very inconvenient for my family to have to go back to our room anytime they had to use the restroom at breakfast.
