Vietnam 1st stop
Pros:

Loved the location, cleanliness, the characteristics of the room. Beautiful design.

Cons:

The stay was expensive. I paid 465 for 2 nights. Got charged 90 dollars for an early checkin. To access the pool you have to go through the buffet area, communicating with staff was a little difficult. The lotion the in bathroom was old and grainy and they did the replenish the conditioner. Stayed at another hotel for a lot less after and had an amazing experience.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful design
Pros:

The design of this hotel is stunning and very different from all the other hotels in Vietnam. This was our final hotel out of 12 and I highly recommend it. The afternoon tea was a great add especially with the live music, it really set a peaceful ambiance. The rooms are basic but clean and the shower and bath are good. Once you have checked out you are still able to use the pool area and the facility to wash before you leave is fantastic, there is a sauna steam room etc.

Cons:

We had drinks after we had checked out and went to explore the area leaving our luggage at the hotel as we had a very late flight. When we arrived back they persistently kept saying we hadn’t paid for our drinks as if we were going to leave without paying. It was a shame that we left on this note with several different people saying we hadn’t paid the bill when I was happy to pay it as we had them and even suggested it but they insisted we didn’t have to pay until we left. Very confusing.

Cons:

케바케일수 있으나 소음이 조금 있음 그리고 화장실 문이 밖에서 완전히 안닫혀서 안에서 환풍기 돌아가는 소리가 들림 침대 옆에 귀마개를 놓은 이유를 알게됨 그리고 마지막으로 자정에 복도에서 청소기를 돌리는 건 정말 말도 안되는 일이었다고 생각함

Highly recommend for location, service and value for money
Pros:

The hotel is very modern looking and the service was excellent.

Cons:

Honestly the designs of the rooms could be better it pales in comparison to the exterior / lobby. However I stayed at 3 different venues this trip and this hotel is still the best
