Pros:

The location for starters was perfect right in the heart of Ben Thanh district. The staff at Silverland were nothing short of exceptional and prompt anytime we had requests. Facilities were fantastic, breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We will be back!

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Absolutely had a great time at Silverland Ben Thanh. Great selection of food for breakfast and afternoon tea!

Cons:

No lifts up to the lobby. We had some heavy luggage and were grateful the concierge staff helped us.

Returning Guests
Pros:

We stayed at Silverland Ben Thanh on our first night and returned here for our last night as well. The staff remembered us and upgraded us as we were returning guests. Again, the rooms were spacious and clean with excellent facilities and a great view of the city. Location is great, walking distance to War Museum, Ben Thanh Market and lots of fantastic eateries. Staff are helpful and kind, only adding to our love for all Vietnamese people. We would love to stay here again when we return - hopefully in the near future!

Cons:

We had to leave, we'd happily stay forever.

Location, Location, Location!!!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean (with the most pleasant smelling shower gel!). We didn't have the breakfast option but the free afternoon tea was delightful. Extensive selection of hot and cold food and bar available for afternoon cocktails. Staff were attentive and dining room was air conditioned and attached to the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained on the rooftop. Staff were lovely, particularly Alice who gave us restaurant recommendations and booked us tours and transport. The location is excellent, right around the corner from Ben Thanh Market. There is a Circle K supermarket next door and a money exchange around the corner. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

Cons:

Hotel is on a busy road which can be tricky for pick up and drop off but certainly not the hotel's fault. The hotel is fabulous.

長期旅行していたので朝食にお粥があり日本人としてとてもありがたかったし美味しかったです。また、タンディエン地区へ行くのにメトロが近く便利でした。美味しい珈琲やさんも隣にあります。初日、チェックイン時に花束と部屋にはワインをいただき感動したのですが、隣人の騒音のため最上階のお部屋からルームチェンジしていただいたお部屋が角部屋スイートルームで階が下がりましたが眺めもジャグジーのお風呂も🛁最高ですべてがお洒落なお部屋でした。またcafeのvoucherやチェックアウト時には珈琲とサンドイッチを用意してくださいました。何から何まで親切かつ迅速なご対応に感謝しています。また、レストランのスタッフさんから日本好きですと言われて会話できたこととても嬉しかったです。

Cons:

One thing I noticed is that the room door needs to be closed quite firmly, otherwise the security sensor is triggered and an alarm sound is activated. On my first day, I did not realize this and was surprised that some guests seemed to be slamming their doors repeatedly. Later, I understood that they were likely trying to make sure the door was fully closed.

The bathroom door also tends to swing shut with force, creating a loud banging noise even when closed gently. I believe that improving the door mechanisms could significantly reduce noise throughout the property and make the guest experience even more comfortable.

This is only a minor suggestion, as my overall stay was excellent. However, improving the door mechanisms could help reduce unnecessary noise and make the hotel even more peaceful and relaxing.

The shower had nowhere to put my clothes to stop them from getting wet, the blind between the shower and the bedroom did not close properly, very awkward as I was sharing with a friend.

Volvería sin duda
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del mercado Ben Thanh. El personal es encantador y la habitación muy bonita y acogedora. Sobre todo destacaría el desayuno, fue magnífico!! Además de tener las cosas típicas todos los días (café, tostadas, cereales, bacon…), cada día cambiaban los platos calientes principales típicos de allí. También puedes pedir que te preparen un Pho en el momento, realmente delicioso todo!!!

Cons:

Nada, nuestra estancia fue perfecta.
