It was convenient and clean. Not all changes are good.
Pros:

It was convenient to where we wanted to be staying.
Hotel smells clean & fresh from lobby to rooms.
The breakfast included was comprehensive and enjoyable.
They served authentic Vietnamese Caphe Sua Da with condensed milk! - please keep doing this!
We appreciated the room upgrade to have a window to enjoy the view.
We liked the invitation to have afternoon tea at the motel restaurant - it was a great way to slow down & enjoy!
We appreciated the items in the fridge for our use!
Lift is swift and efficient, & a good size.

Cons:

*We stayed at this hotel in 2017 - it was much richer-looking and cleaner looking with all the marble & gold trims in 2017. It made you feel you were really staying in something very special for accom. I was disappointed to see the changes this trip.
*The owners have attempted to create an art deco style which just looks tacky thru the Lobby now, unfortunately, plus I notice it gathers a lot of dust at all the dent/holes.
*The coverings on the large beds are not long enough to pull up to your ears after getting into bed. This can create issues with getting a "chill on your chest" & getting sick - so this needs to be improved for guest's comfort. Westerner-sized beds need Westerner-sized coverings.
*Hated having to pull the covering out from being tucked into the sides & then having to make the bed again because it pulls the bottom sheet out too. Ugh!
*While it's good to see green plants at the hotel windows on the outside of the building, there are pigeons living in amongst the plants & having nests there. We saw them come/go from many window portals from the breakfast restaurant. Let's hope we don't catch their lice from living so close to the room windows!
*We were 12mins late to get downstairs to checkout in the Lobby because we had to wait for a lift to be free (housekeeping using too), so by the time we were walking around to the reception desk, our phones were getting constant calling as we'd passed the checkout time by 12mins & they were obsessive about timekeeping!
*Trying to organise our transport of taxi or Grab when we know how to look after ourselves. Not everyone who comes to stay in your hotel is a novice.
*Might not stay again as it's not as good anymore as what it used to be, compared to another hotel we stayed in this trip, it had a much better offering and just as convenient to what we wanted.

The perfect hotel!!!!! Stay here
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Facilities were great, staff were lovely and the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was fab! They even let us check out later as we had a late night flight and could use the health club showers before our flight. 11/10!! Not to mention it’s also in the best location. Highly recommend

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner,la nourriture,la chambre très confortable, la déco soignée,le personnel très gentil,l'hôtel très bien situé avec les centres d'intérêts à proximité

Pros:

Great hotel, had a nice modern cave vibe which was unique. Loved the room design and the bed was very comfy. Pool was small but perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Breakfast was good and the hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea with traditional music was a nice touch. Perfect location, next to the market and a small shop next door. Plenty of restaurants etc. I used the spa downstairs for a facial - it was amazing!

Cons:

The aircon in the room wasn't great - it was too warm to sleep. There were also a few annoying lights in the room. The plug beside the bed had a bright green light which I had to cover with a pillow. The fire alarm had a flashing light also. Luckily I travel with an eye mask for sleeping.

便利に楽しくホーチミン
Pros:

とにかく便利な場所。バインミーフインホアやフォーベトナムなどの有名店から近く、高島屋かからも近く地下鉄駅がすぐ横で、レートのいい両替屋もすくそば。買う・食べる・見るすべてにおいて理想的なホテル。ベトナムは全体的にベッドの寝心地がよいが、このホテルも最高によい。冷蔵庫のドリンクもタダで助かった。

Cons:

チェックインに時間がかかり、アフタヌーンティーの時間が20分ほどしかなかった。システムの問題（カードキーの発行に時間がかかるらしい）とのお話しであり、今後の改善を期待する。スタッフはずっと誠実に対応してくれてよかった。

A must stay in HCMC
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location, the staff are lovely and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very unique and we enjoyed the wellness section. Food was delicious and the free afternoon tea was a nice touch. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. I would definitely stay again.
