Good location!
Pros:

Location was great & staff were super friendly

Cons:

There was an event right next to the hotel, so from 7 a.m. until late in the evening, we had to listen to the same music playing constantly. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

可愛くおしゃれなホテル
Pros:

清潔でとにかく可愛い施設が最高でした！
スタッフの対応も素晴らしく優しい方々ばかりでした！

Cons:

どこのホテルもそうかもしれませんが目的のお部屋があったのでそちらで予約しましたがアップグレードしてくださり目的の部屋には泊まれませんでした。また、朝食込みや夕飯込みでのプランがあればいいなと思いました。

Très bel hotel et confortable
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bon restaurant, chambres propres, une petite chaine sur la porte pour avoir une sécurité supplémentaire, localisation idéale pour tout, personnel agréable, je recommande !

Beautiful hotel. Highly recommend
Pros:

Location was great. The attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff is 10/10. So helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included was excellent and different dishes daily.

Cons:

The room layout was a little strange with the shower/bath area and the sink to wash teeth and hands in the room.

Pros:

Desde la atención al cliente, a la localización, pasando por limpieza y desayuno, todo fue impecable y lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que tenga pensado viajar a Saigón. Las cámadas muy cómodas y el desayuno fantástico.

Cons:

Si tuviera que decir algo, mencionaría que el precio de los masajes están bastante más caros que los servicios del alrededor. No obstante, esto es algo inherente a los hoteles.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre et l’hôtel sont très jolis.
Le restaurant est très bon.
L’hôtel est très bien placé.

Cons:

Les tarifs du restaurant restent très élevés pour le Vietnam (même si c’était très bon!)

Excellent first class service provided
Pros:

The reception staff were especially amazing and very quick to answer all my questions and help in any way they could. They went out of their way to communicate with me advising on my daughter’s arrival, when her bags arrived and allowed early check in as she was not at her best. Their professionalism and kindness was so very much appreciated - thank you
