Premier 1 bedroom villa - AWESOME
Pros:

Absolutely great !
We chose the premier 1 bedroom villa. Pool is excellent. Plenty of sunlight.
Room was huge and so was the bathroom.
Water pressure was excellent.
Staff where always friendly, great service
Breakfast was included but lacked overall
We would definitely stay at this resort in the future
Highly recommend

Cons:

Bed was pretty hard
Lounge furniture wasn't great but did the job.

Beautiful hotel, staff was excellent, location was nearby to many beaches and clubs

Very beautiful hotel, staff was excellent in their service, we booked a private villa with pool, room itself was huge with a big bathroom, pool was the highlight of villa, had great time staying in it, great value for money, Breakfast was delicious and had options to choose from, we paid for floating breakfast and it was really good too, it was my wife's birthday on our last day of stay and i planned pool side dinner for her, the setup was exceptional, food was delicious and the service from staff was a cherry on cake, highly recommended, we would definitely book again in future

The shower didn't have good pressure, but was a good excuse to go have my hair washed in a salon which is very cheap.

Fantastic location and value. Premier 1br villa the best. Hotel rooms spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel rooms basic but lovely and very spacious. Very clean, comfortable bed. For the money are excellent. Hotel in great location. Road noise not really an issue though some villa rooms quieter than others. Hotel pool big enough and never busy. Basic gym. Older style 1br pool villas are ok but you should definitely upgrade to the 1br Premier pool villa (see pic with the spirals on the bedhead). They are so much nicer, are on the quiet side, and have a good sized pool about 8mx4m and plenty of grassed area. Breakfast average but does the job. Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Not many mosquitos.

Cons:

Some Hotel room pillows can be too high. Ask for a better pillow.

Lovely villa and pool.
We were always looking forward to jumping into the pool after a day of sightseeing and the tropical Weather/humidity.

Location 👍🏼. Close to shops,Cafes and Seminyak Square.

Mutiara staff were friendly, courteous and professional.
Staff always checked on you and provided assistance where required.
