Very Poor Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is really poor. They provided a partial breakfast with many missing items and no fruit. They didn’t clean my room and was rude to even bring towels.

Breakfast was ok but needed more attention

Cons:

The price we paid for the room was extremely expensive and to stay for a week we should have gotten a discount of some sort. The room was on the 3 rd floor at the end of a very long hallway and it was marked for handicap which I did not request. I reserved this 4 months in advance and should have gotten a better room . There were 2 (!) TVs in the room which neither one worked, I tried to call the desk for help and the phone did not work either. My husband went down to get someone to fix the problems. A clerk came up and couldn’t fix either one, the phone or TV. Gave us a number to call from our cell if needed but it was a number to a sex HotLine! Next day one TV was fixed but not the phone. And if this was to be a handicap room , there was a regular step in bathtub. No one handicapped would be able to use it.
I just feel that for the price we paid and the problems we had were ridiculous. And the day we left (8 days later). The light bulb in our bathroom burnt out.

Gross and unpleasant.

Cons:

Carpet was nasty and stained as well as the bathtub. Neighbors were slamming doors every fifteen to twenty minutes well after midnight. And kids crying and screaming throughout the night. Also the bathroom had roaches.

Cons:

We checked into room 106, had to move to room 104 because the bed was nasty and had hair on it and the pillows. Room 104 was worse than room 106, pillows covered in hair. We ended up in room 102, which was clean.
We were woke up at 2:50 a.m. by the night shift to inform us that the lights were on in our truck. When I went out, it was someone elses truck. Needless to say, no more sleep that night.

Pros:

I booked through you. I gave a credit card. I said a note I would be late. I got confirmation of that. You charged my credit card. The La Quinta canceled my reservation when I called them. They were beyond rude, screaming, and yelling basically calling me a liar. I never stayed there and I’m still trying to get my refund from you because obviously you guys all had a credit card.
