Best part about our stay was Jeff at the front desk was great. He helped us move to a nice room reset the TV for us that

Cons:

A/C unit in our sweet didn’t work to hot had to move to find one that worked. Shower drain was very slow to drain water out. The on for the shower wasn’t working properly.

Nice hotel
Pros:

I drove there to sebring for my sister funeral.
I needed a little more time for checkout in the front desk told me no. I feel that it was unfair. Where is the compassion for people 🤔.

Cons:

What could have been better if the front desks had allowed me to check out around 1pm.

Pros:

Place was reasonably priced, quiet. Breakfast food was decent. Coffee was really good

Cons:

Place was dirty
Halls needed paint job, cleaning people with carts damaged every wall, doors and door jams.
Rooms needed to be vacuumed and carpets needed to be steamed cleaned. Out of town workers had dirty shoes and everywhere was dirty.
Wood floors in rooms were dirty, head board in rooms was dirty. Need to clean everywhere that people touched.
Needed a comfortable chair in rooms.
