Staff is very nice and supportive. Management lacking is providing a comfortable space. It's like you went back in time 40 years. Hotel rooms are way outdated like the 1980s. Rooms are dark and depressing. Internet is ok, not great. TV channels are blurry old cable. Hotel GYM is 78 degrees as DEFAULT (so I was told). I was sweating before I started working out. Asked the staff who called their manager who said it's default and they wouldn't change it.
Staff was amazing
The staff was friendly.The bed was very comfortable and clean
The floors could have been cleaner, the elevator definitely needed cleaning and the floor by the elevator needed cleaning. Our bathroom floor was sticky and there were only a few kleenex in the box.
The property was good location good parking and the lobby was nice
The AC went out about 10 o’clock. We called for repair order to get a programmed properly. They didn’t know how to do it so we had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night when we were both tired. Got to that room and the carpet was absolutely disgusting. Also the mirror was disgusting. Too tired to move again. I asked for a discount on a room and they wouldn’t do it. I would not stay there again.

I like the facility, it was clean, just looks like it needed a little dusting up. :) Nevertheless it was a nice stay. Bed was very very comfortable!
