Muy sorprendido para bien con el hotel . Ha sido muy acertado elegir este hotel por los 5 días que estuvimos en Estambul.
La ubicación es espectacular , mejor imposible . A 3 minutos de uno de los metros más importantes de la ciudad . El hotel es limpio , amplio, con instalaciones nuevas. Piscina espectacular , gimnasio , sala de juegos, etc .
Las vistas del hotel son extraordinarias!!!! Desayunar en la planta 18 con vistas al Bósforo no creo que lo tengan muchos hoteles .
Está en un barrio muy bueno , muy tranquilo, con mucho comercio de todo tipo en la calle que se encuentra.
La habitación muy grande , buen baño , la cama muy cómoda, con vistas de película .
En fin , un hotel para volver sin lugar a dudas . Además del muy buen precio que lo cogimos .
Por encontrarle algún pero : tuvimos la mala suerte que estaba en reparación el jacuzzi que está a un costado de la piscina.

Отличное расположение относительно метро. Номер был не 14 этаже. Великолепный вид из окна.
Постельные принадлежности исключительно синтетические. Подушки аж скрипят, как стекловата. Спать не комфортно. С третьего дня проживания из шести перестали приносить чай, кофе и воду. Даже после звонка соизволили принести только через час. С очень недоброжелательным видом
Exceptional hospitality and care of the hotel staff. Lots of smiles and excellent room cleaning. Delicious, fresh and varied food. A pleasant smell from the bed linen. Mesmerizing view of the Bosphorus.
Nice lounge, delicious wine.
From the subway to follow to the exit 2, it's about 5 min walk till the hotel.
Underground pass to get the opposite side will save 30 min.
There is no hair conditioner. I wish there was.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Efecan. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome with his warm and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also naturally kind and attentive, and Efecan embodies both qualities perfectly.
He was always ready to help with anything I needed—whether it was answering questions, giving helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well. What really stood out was how thoughtful and sweet he was in every interaction. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he consistently went out of his way to ensure my comfort.
Efecan’s positive attitude and friendly demeanor created such a pleasant atmosphere that it truly elevated my entire stay. Staff members like him make a lasting impression, and he is undoubtedly a valuable part of the hotel team.

Плохая шумоизоляция между номерами. Слушали до полуночи как в соседнем номере праздновали что-то очень громкие девушки)
