Could it be better on
Pros:

Location and hospitality. Beautiful view on 18th floor.

Cons:

Breakfast / dining area; some service staff was very unprofessional, they don't know how to clean. There was no systematic on collecting plates as they were looking your face as "you ate, now go"
Old and broken chairs and non changed table mats (a yellow cleaning tissue cleans everything without spray or any disinfectant)

Se acabo la visita a Estambul.
Pros:

Cogimos el hotel por que estaba muy cerca del metro para ir directo al aeropuerto.

Nos dejaron subir a la terraza y hay unas vistas muy bonitas de Estambul.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel en mi opinión para ver Estambul no es buena, estuvimos antes en un hotel cerca de la línea M2 y mucho mejor.
Nos llevamos un chasco, ya que la piscina no funcionaba, nuestra idea era pasar la tarde en la piscina y al día siguiente volar. La zona no tiene mucho que hacer.

it was a really good location with perfect connection to anywhere. room was clean and specious. breakfast was nice but average, could have been improved.

Cercanía al metro
Pros:

Cogimos el hotel por cercanía al metro para ir al aeropuerto, pero la zona no tiene nada más. El desayuno en la planta 18 lo mejor

Cons:

El precio es algo caro para lo que ofrece. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas

"Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is zeer lekker en ruim voldoende. De medewerkers in het restaurant zijn ook erg behulpzaam. Alles wordt snel en efficiënt klaargemaakt."

Cons:

We werden er niet van op de hoogte gesteld dat het zwembad van het hotel werd gerenoveerd. Ik had het hotel geboekt zodat mijn kind kon leren lopen, en er werd geen compensatie aangeboden.

Good hotel but not fully appropriate to 5 star standards.
Pros:

Overall this is good hotel, with good size rooms, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Hotel is not centrally located, its little bit far from the main touristic attractions, so you need a car to reach old city. But staff was really exceptional, very effective and friendly.

Cons:

Room cleanliness, selection of meals at breakfast is not corresponding to 5 star hotel level.
