Das Hotel ist recht gut ausgestattet, Dienstleistungen könnte man etwas verbessern
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer Suite mit eigenem Hamam. Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber

Cons:

Luxussuite mit Aussicht über den Bosporus, geschosshohe glasfront, doch waren die scheiben so verstaubt das man kaum hinaussehen konnte. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel, nach wiederholten malen wurde einen Tag vor unserer abreise die fenster geputzt.
Restaurant personal, besonders die Oberkellner waren unfreundlich und arrogant.
Keine Hoteleigene Garage.
Bilder im Booking.com etwas veraltert. Teilweise ist die Aussicht zum Bosporus verbaut.

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους 🔝
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική ενώ η θέα ήταν μαγευτική. Το δωμάτιο μας έβλεπε προς τη business center της Πολης ενώ το εστιατόριο είχε πανοραμική θέα προς όλες τις πλευρές της Πολης καθώς και προς τη πρώτη γέφυρα του Βοσπόρου.
Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό ενώ σχεδόν όλο το προσωπικό ήταν υπέροχο, απίστευτα ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και παντοτε έκαναν τα πάντα για να μένουμε ικανοποιημενοι τόσο για τις αναγκες μας στο ξενοδοχεία οσο και για τις μεταφορες μας στη Πόλη. Από το προσωπικό ξεχώρισαν ο κύριος Efecan καθώς και η κυρία Esra Bucui από τη ρεσεψιόν, η οποία φρόντισε να κάνει τη διαμονή μας στο Point Hotel barbaros αξέχαστη. Θέλω λοιπόν να την ευχαριστήσω μέσα από όλη μου τη καρδιά για τις υπηρεσίες της όλες αυτές τις ημέρες.. Σας ευχαριστούμε παρα πολύ😁🙏🏻🙏🏻

Στο bar σέρβιρε και έφτιαχνε τα ποτά ένα παιδί το οποίο, εκτός του ότι δεν γνώριζε πως να τα φτιάξει σωστά, ήταν και αγενής. Υποθέτουμε ότι ο λόγος αυτής της ενοχλησης/συμπεριφοράς από πλευράς του υπαλλήλου ήταν λόγο του ραμαζανιου και συνάμα της προσφοράς ποτού κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας (το ποτό το παράγγειλε η μητέρα μου). Σαφώς σεβόμαστε τις πεποιθήσεις του παιδιού αλλά δεν δικαιολογούν τη συμπεριφορά του ενώ εργάζεται ένα 5στερο ξενοδοχείο που δέχεται ταξιδιωτες από όλο το κόσμο. Αναφέραμε το περαστικό στον κύριο Efecan, ο οποίος και συμμορφωσε τον υπάλληλο στο bar και θέλουμε να τον ευχαριστήσουμε για την άμεση του επέμβαση στο ζήτημα. Το εν λόγω περιστατικό δεν επηρέασε ιδιαίτερα την διαμονή μας αλλά θελήσαμε να το αναφέρουμε ούτω συ άλλος.

Fine for a short business trip!
Pros:

Very friendly reception!
Perfect breakfast!

Cons:

Hamam was for free. This doesn’t mean there is a bath keeper available for scrubbing units.
I booked a slot for the Hamam at the Gym and pool reception. No hint I have to book the bath keeper separately. I learnt this when I stand in an empty Hamam.
Space for improvement!

Another unusual thing there were several „handicapped“ ladies at the breakfast using wheelchairs or walking chairs, all they had drainage tubes and bags. Obviously there must be a beauty clinic close to the hotel.
A little bit weird…..

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал, прекрасный отель.
Проходила реабилитацию после ринопластики в этом отеле. Ребята из персонала приносили мне лед несколько раз в номер, я очень благодарна им за это.
В первые дни после операции не чувствовала вкус, но когда обоняние пришло, то была удивлена, насколько вкусные завтраки 🥹
Рекомендую этот отель!
