Horrible and seeking a total refund
Pros:

A few of the staff members were courteous and helpful however, others were plain non personable

Cons:

We had to move to another room upon arrival for various reasons, one being the tub was not going to work for our elderly family member. In the second room that is supposedly specified for handicap guests, there was no rug near shower and water just ran out and made the floors seriously unsafe for anyone staying in the room even though we placed towels on the floor. I would also like to add the refrigerator was literally "falling out" of it's frame or compartment in the 1st room When they moved us to the second room on another floor the horrendous smell of weed was pretty unbearable. We had hoped the odor would have been gone the next morning but it was there throughout our entire stay 4 nights. In addition, a number of times the elevator was inoperable and my elderly family member was unable to navigate the stairs. There was also trash left outside by the elevator next to our room that was very unsettling to say the least and no one had informed us there would be no maid service and/or daily replenishing of towels during our stay. We also were not happy about the TV in our room as the volume was extremely low and could not be adjusted high enough for reasonable listening in that 2nd room. We also got locked out of the second room in the middle of the night, somehow the door locked not of any doing of our own as we had not even been closing the door during showering in that room or messing with the knob/button and had to seek assistance in the middle of the night to get us access to the bathroom. We also could not call the desk from our room for convenience as it continually went to voice mail, even in middle of night. Very disappointment with this hotel

Habitacion comoda y espaciosa, la alberca techada es un extra increible
Pros:

La alberca techada es fenomenal, y a un lado de la alberca hay un pequeño jacuzzi con agua extra caliente que te puedes meter un rato y te relajas de maravilla y ya cuando te da calor te sales y te metes a la alberca que tiene el agua a temperatura ambiente y te refrescas, en la habitacion las camas super comodas y de muy buen tamaño, todas las instalaciones funcionales y en excelente estado, el baño super limpio y con buena presion en la regadera, hay maquinas de hielo funcionales y accesibles cerca de las habitaciones, ascensor funcional, el personal de recepcion muy amable, la recepcion y el area de desayuno muy bonitas y muy limpias, el desayuno bueno y con mucha variedad de frutas, cereales y proteina, la ubicacion excelente con mucho estacionamiento

Cons:

El ascensor parece ya bastante antiguo y se movia muy lento y hacia movimientos y ruidos extraños pero funcionaba a la perfeccion, quizas en un futuro convendria reemplazarlo, solo eso me parecio mejorable a mi gusto

Exceptional stay
