Presque parfait
Pros:

Le calme, le parking devant la chambre, et la taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Le manque d'équipements dans la chambre, notamment une bouilloire et une machine a café. Cela manque dans une chambre 4 étoiles et quand on a demandé a l'accueil on nous a refusé en disant qu'il était trop tard. Cest décevant par rapport a la qualité de l'hôtel.

Chaos. discrepancies' between Booking.com and the hotel which remains unresolved to this day

Room good size and clean.

Cons:

Hotel bar consisted of 2 seats nest to reception
Breakfast room extremely small
Restaurant nice however Food was very average. In terms of preference it was the chefs way or no way.
Access In/OUT controlled manually at reception. sat in car for 10 mins waiting for a button to be pushed
Flies everywhere outside, we were told that we couldn't leave our external doors open. Turns out there is a recycling centre nearby.
Queries with the bill turned into a heated debate with the aggressive duty manager

Pros:

Molto pulito, camera molto spaziosa, sala colazioni molto bella, doccia molto spaziosa, letto comodo, seconda porta che accede direttamente al piccolo giardino.

Cons:

Frigo bar fornito solo di acqua, mancava qualche cuscino in più, servirebbe un trattamento anti zanzare all'esterno, perché essendoci due porte per accedere alla camera (una da dentro l'hotel e una direttamente dal giardino) quando si apre la porta, entrano le zanzare.

Wieder rundum gelungen, sauber und zuverlässig

Auch dieses Mal war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Silver Milano wieder ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war angenehm vorgekühlt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und auch der Whirlpool war geprüft und sofort nutzbar.
Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Das Team war wie immer freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Besonders positiv war, dass die Punkte aus dem letzten Aufenthalt ernst genommen wurden und diesmal alles perfekt funktioniert hat.
Für uns bleibt das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung in Mailand: unkompliziert, zuverlässig, fair im Preis und mit konstant gutem Service.

Anche questa volta il soggiorno all’Hotel Silver Milano è stato eccellente. La camera era piacevolmente fresca, l’aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente e anche la vasca idromassaggio era stata controllata ed era subito utilizzabile.
Tutto era molto pulito, curato e tranquillo. Il personale, come sempre, è stato gentile, attento e professionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che i punti segnalati durante l’ultimo soggiorno siano stati presi sul serio e che questa volta tutto abbia funzionato perfettamente.
Per noi questo hotel resta una scelta sicura a Milano: semplice, affidabile, con un prezzo corretto e un servizio sempre molto buono.
