This is where we stay every time we come and visit family in Sutherland It is always clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating,. The.pool.is.gteat.for.my.gramdaighter and.granson..overall it is just a nice , peaceful place to stay. The.breakfast is great to0!

Pros:

Very close to highway- no detour stop for the night.property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had live counter options and they were flexible with our veg dietary restrictions

Pleasant and welcoming
Pros:

The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional! The overall vibe of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. My room was large and I really enjoyed the extra touches, like the stool in front of the vanity and the pull-out table with the work desk. This is a cool place to stay!

Loved it! Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and great breakfast that you order from the menu. Friendly staff too. Appreciate the location just off the interstate.

Super clean and friendly, welcoming staff

Cons:

Breakfast sucked: biscuits hard and dry. Bagels not fresh It’s dilly to have yo order your hot food if there are only 4 choices and you may be pressed for time. Better to have it available on the counter

It’s a big ‘ol motor lodge with fine rooms and plenty of what you expect or hope for on a road trip. Better than what you expect, actually.

Worst place EVER!
Pros:

Do not come here! Rooms smelled like urine and a mystery smell. Nobody follows the “rules” you have to agree to on check in-nobody picks up after their dogs or keeps them on a leash causing attacks and drama as there are no consequences for their actions. The grass area is constantly soggy and muddy because sprinklers are always on. It is definitely WAAAAY over priced for what is there. Staff was pleasant, trying to accommodate the best they can with limited resources. Would have liked to have a bit of a heads up about the spray painting and pressure washing they were doing over the weekend as the standing water was a safety issue. Staff boasted about the “complimentary made to order breakfast”, the “chef” was very rude and they do not provide any boxes to take food back to the room, nor can you take plates etc out of the dining room. Save your money and sanity and stay at a different hotel.
