Pros:

Office staff was great , friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Miscommunication at the beginning of my stay , my bedding was not changed for several days , my toiletries were not replaced for several days . I brought this to the office staff and it was immediately corrected .

Decent enough. Would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was good for the events I was in the area for. The room was quiet at night other than the in room refrigerator which we unplugged at night. The breakfasts which are cooked to order were great.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom.

I liked the quiet! Very comfortable. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi need some work! The jacuzzi didn't even work 😒 and the pool is always cold! I feel that the pool is getting ignored. We have been coming here for 5 yrs to visit grandbabies and they loved coming to visit us at the hotel to swim which you guys have changed.

This is where we stay every time we come and visit family in Sutherland It is always clean, the staff is wonderful and accommodating,. The.pool.is.gteat.for.my.gramdaighter and.granson..overall it is just a nice , peaceful place to stay. The.breakfast is great to0!

Very close to highway- no detour stop for the night.property was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had live counter options and they were flexible with our veg dietary restrictions

Pleasant and welcoming
Pros:

The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional! The overall vibe of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. My room was large and I really enjoyed the extra touches, like the stool in front of the vanity and the pull-out table with the work desk. This is a cool place to stay!
