You essentially pay the price for the location and ignore the cons of the stay!
Pros:

Location- 10/10. Could not ask for a better location. You’re on the main road and have access to all shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Busy street- tough to travel by car. We visited places mostly within walking distance for this reason. The room was very very small. Cute but small. The sink was outside of the bathroom, and our door didn’t stay shut unless it was locked. The door would simply fly off the hinges in other words. We also requested to be next to our family and we were separated- on two different floors.

Pros:

Mark was the ultimate host. He was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable, had the lay of the land, and made sure we had plans for a wander that evening with the 'must sees' of Ogunquit.
The room was clean, linens so soft and comfortable, we cant wait to visit again!

Great for a short stay but we would not spend a week there.
Pros:

Location was very good. Easy to walk anywhere in town.

Cons:

The breakfast room was not large enough the number of guests and shared space with the office. Breakfast TV was a half hearted continental attempt directly from BJs.

Pros:

I love the location - we’ve been coming there for six years now. The hot tub was great!

Cons:

My room had some cleaning issues such as a sock on the floor by the bed, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed under the chairs and there was something sticky on the floor in front of the closet plus the keurig didn’t work. My friend in another room found a Covid test fluid capsule in her bed!
