القرب والنضافه ًوخدمه الغرف فيه ازعاج ولا يمكن يلغون لك حجز اذا حجزت بالبوكنك احجز بقوقل وعند الحجز التكسي مجاني. وعند الوصول كانت خيبه امل وعدم مصداقيه منهم ومن البكنق والتصوير للمواقع خداع من البوكنق

موقع الفندق جيد جداً في منطقة حيوية وفيها جميع الخدمات وموظفي الإستقبال ودودون

Cons:

إستلمنا الجناح الخاص بنا عند الوصول وفيه الكثير من الغبار كما أن الدش الخاص بالحمام لا يعمل وطلبنا من موظفي الإستقبال إصلاحه عدة مرات طوال فترة إقامتنا ولم يتم إصلاحه لحين مغادرتنا

had a very pleasant stay at Taksim Suites Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy walking access to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

a nice comfortable stay
Pros:

location is prefect for roaming around and very close to taksim square. checking inn and checking out very smooth and staff friendly and always greet you with smile.

Cons:

apartment furniture and aesthetics are getting old and needs change. elevator is pretty small and for family of 5 you need to break up into 2 groups

Highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and excellent location.
Pros:

The staff members were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Even before our flight, they responded quickly to our emails answered any questions we had regarding accommodation/ transportation. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Since it was our first visit to Istanbul, the staff took their time to explain where the important places to visit. They also explained how to use public transportation, which was conveniently accessible near the hotel and commonly used by tourists. They consistently offered useful advice and recommendations on places to visit and where to find what we needed.

What stood out most was how proactive they were. They would even call restaurants or stores on our behalf to check whether they were open or if specific items were available. When we became sick during our stay, they checked in on us and did their best to provide support and assistance.
