Cons:

Place filthy, super old. It is misrepresented in advertising as 4+ star. It is negative star even a hostel is better. I asked for a refund, they refused. It is a scam. The way they addressed a leaking sink is by putting pail under it. The sofa was filthy and it is not even a sleep sofa, l said it is dirty. They put a sheet on it. I did not stay more than half an hour, I wished I stayed little longer to take more pictures

I walked in to a filthy room, bed was not made, food all over the place, went in the bathroom, crap in it, not flushed. Filth on the wall, ac not working. They moved me to a different room. The bathroom was not functioning, open bottom sink that leaks all over. No sofa bed as advertised, simply wooden sofa. They advertised as a great place 4+stars, which is not even close to zero star. Elevator super small, when I got to my floor, before I even open the elevator door, someone else has pushed the button , so it took us to different floor. The place lacks maintenance. I did not feel safe. I checked out immediately and refused to give us any money back.

Felt like it was cool hotel in 00s, but not anymore - outdated and abandoned maintenance

stuff is friendly, daily cleaning, they gave us bday cake and apologies like fruits and wine
THE VIEW is amazing

Cons:

shower 2nd didn't work, they fixed on our 2nd day only after the conversation with the administrator, should've been fixed before our arrival, after that we started to pay lots of attentions to small cons - scratches, not perfect walls, slow water in jacuzzi, smoke smell in the room, loud noise of old ACs, extremely small elevator, old furniture, yellow inside fridge, etc...

checked out early because of not working the heaters !

we booked 5 nights , in the Penthouse room, the best in the hotel , it was outside 3 degrees , heater was not working, we was freezing ! the staff couldn’t help us ! they gives us for the 2nd night , 3 small heaters to keep the penthouse warm ! didn’t work because the heater was to weak ! my friend get sick ! after the 2nd night we just check out and moved to another hotel ! i traveled 54 countries ! but this was the worst experience in my life !
