Pros:

The food.

Cons:

Hotel advertises Shuttle From Airport. LIARS!! They blamed the 3rd party, but I received a text the day before my arrival directly from the hotel and an email from the 3rd party!! That's the only reason we picked that hotel. The room was freezing and very stuffy at the same time. The bathroom was filthy with mold and dirt, the television didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the room smelled like smoke, so we had to change rooms the night we arrived, which was around 10:30pm. The bathroom was just as nasty. Other minor disappointments. We were offered breakfast for our inconvenience, which we had purchased breakfast with our room cost. Terrible! We will NEVER stay there again. I will post photos at a later time.

Perfect beginning and ending to a cruise.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and addressed a concern that I had immediately. Let us check in early after a cruise. Breakfast was good with lots of fruit meat, eggs, and pastries.

Cons:

Everything was great!

RATING ZERO!!! TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY! WORST HOTEL I EVER SPENT MONEY ON!!!

Cons:

My 1st room had the screeching of the outside a/c unit. the transfer room smelled musty. The hot tub/pool area had adults having obvious sexual interactions and my kids were witnesses to this! it was terrible! If a ZERO was an option ... I would rate it a ZERO!

The property does not provide the services included in the booking if booked thru Booking.com

The staff and property was nice.

Cons:

By using the 3rd party website, booking.com the hotel would not honor the free airport shuttle advertised. Upon arrival I called as indicated in booking details and was advised shuttle was not available and to taxi or uber to hotel and they would reimburse the cost and to get a receipt. When checking in I provided the taxi receipt and was then told they could not reimburse me as I book through a third party and not directly through hotel. It has now close to 3 weeks weeks and still do not have it resolved.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location is close to airport. Can't find anything else that I thought was good.

Cons:

I did not check in until almost 1 a.m. due to travel. Front Desk clerk was neither friendly nor welcoming. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Lobby was filled with some very loud guests who were drinking and were asked by the clerk to quiet down. My room was below par- lumpy bed and flat pillows. Very disappointing ! I normally stay at the 4 Points on 17th Street but thought I would give this one a try. Never again. I expect more from the brand.

Pros:

We booked through ParkSleep. However, I made a mistake and booked a day later. While the hotel was able to provide a room, the charges were extremely high. I paid $395.22 for a room and 7 nights for parking. When called the hotel to pick us up at the airport, we were advised they did not provide a shuttle so paid additional money to get a ride to the hotel. . The assistant manager was going to provide Parksleep notification to refund us the entire fee. However, I received a credit for $51.00 vs $200+.

OK but not as good as expected for the brand
Pros:

The shuttle to the airport was very nice. The driver was great.
The check in and check out was fairly straightforward.
The location was good. I needed to go shopping for clothing as my suitcase was misplaced earlier in the trip. There was a group of strip malls that had stores like Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less within walking distance.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work with the coffee pod holder provided. I took this issue to the front desk in the morning and was told that there was coffee in the breakfast area. Therefore, I was unable to have any coffee at any time in the room.
We were told that we had to call when we wanted a pick up from the airport. We didn’t bother as we have foreign phones and it would have cost extra money and possibly a long wait. Therefore, we chose to take a cab.
In the very early hours of the morning, before 6am, the noise of a rubbish pickup disturbed our sleep. The window was not in any way sound proofed. Additional noise also came from the road from noisy cars in the early hours.
Breakfast was ok, but not much for a person who is gluten intolerant and avoids dairy.
