The customer service from each person at this property was outstanding!!
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night on our way home from the Caribbean. We were greeted by the bar/restaurant manager, Luis! He is the most personable, sweet man! He treated us as if we were family!!

Cons:

The pool is pretty small but for us, just overnighting, it wasn't an issue.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms had a strong dirty-carpet smell, which made the stay unpleasant. On top of that, I was charged twice. I clearly explained that I had already booked and paid through Booking.com, but I was still charged again by the hotel. I am now having to deal with the hassle of trying to get my money back. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not book with them again.

Unbelievably frustrating
Pros:

We booked a double room, but upon checking in and entering with our key card, we were met with a filthy, unmade room missing basic bed sheets. To make matters worse, all our attempts to contact the property via email and message have been completely ignored.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid this property, unacceptable hygiene and non-existent customer service.
