Beautiful facility, but poor management
Pros:

Checked into the hotel and when getting into the room realized we didn't have the type of room we requested. Tried to call down to desk but always busy, so went down and was told no more rooms of that type, but we did receive a credit on our bill. Okay, I understand that can happen. Went back up to room and when we were ready to leave we realized we couldn't get out of the room. Tried to call down, but phone always busy. Finally after several tries, we got it open and went down to tell the front desk. They sent someone up to fix the lock and it works, so good. I realized there was no hair dryer in the room, so figured out a way to call the front desk, and they brought one up. Again, not a big deal, but I am seeing a pattern. At 1 a.m. the people next door came in very loud for the next hour, paper thin walls. Next morning needed coffee, and no coffee in the lobby, so tried to make it in the room, coffee maker doesn't work. We did eat dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was pretty good. Service was very slow, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. It's too bad, because the hotel is really nice and could offer a lot. Needless to say, we won't be back.

It's gave me a place to sleep

It's location close to ATT field was probably the major selling point but for the cost, I feel that I could have done much better in booking somewhere else.

Cons:

The room was supposed to have a view. It had a view of the parking lot. It's location close to ATT field was probably the only true positive. Breakfast?

Parking Feels like a scam
Pros:

I am VERY disappointed that the Parkin fee of $10 is so well hidden when you are making a reservation. There is only self parking in the large parking lot and the only way you find it is to drill into “Parking” amenities
