The best thing about this place is definitely its location. You are right in the heart of Mumbai, surrounded by local life. It feels very authentic, with mostly locals around, and it does not feel like a tourist hotel at all. For anyone wanting to experience the real Mumbai and everyday local life, the location is unbeatable.

Cons:

Disappointing overall experience. The room was extremely small and felt more like an annex, with no window and very little space. The hotel itself is quite basic.
The bathroom was unusual. The shower had very low water pressure, and you had to switch on an electric switch to get hot water. There was even a bucket for bathing. It was a very local experience, but nothing like what I expected. The photos make it look much better than it actually is.
Very expensive for what they offer.

We had booked double room for from booking.com for 6/7sept '25fro ganapti visarjan
They given us 2options for 3pp room no13 and14 out of which only 1 was for 3ppl so naturally selected the same room.13..actually were surprised to see 13no in room as hotel generally don't keep this no nor to table nor to floor my wife n son were sleeping n at around 4.30am room telephone rang loudly continuously so they both woke up in shock and she picked up the phone bt it was giving only engaged tone ...she couldn't called up reception aswell so she removed receiver and kept a side still it was Ringing so she called me on my cellphone.. luckily i had returned from visarjan and was having tea with my frnd outside reception on road..so i ran to reception n told them about this...they immediately went to room and removed the connection wire from telephone and came out and I came out on raod and started having tea with my frnd on road after 5 mins sometime phone rang again that time my wife got scared as phone had no connection so its impossible to rang . again she called me n I came to reception asking what's happen so the mgr n receptionist went to room n removed the phone in rush and then started saying "Kuch nahi hua bhai sab jane do jane do " by the time my wife n son came out of room in fear to reception where i was arguing with them on this...they kept saying nothing has happened which is surprising so called up there owner Umar he too didn't said anything and cut the phone...morning at chk ouit aslo there were quite ...so something surely creepy in there which they are aware bt don't want obt disclose...so Guy's anyone want to explore Haunting stay in room no13 on ur own risk...😳😳😳😳

Everything we have to ask for it. Towel, water bottle, Soap..

Cons:

They are saying that Credit card payment is available at time of booking but at a time of check out they not accept Credit card and ask for upi/cash.
