A hotel room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Please choose your staff wisely
Pros:

The lady at the front desk, short blonde hair.

She was extremely short with her conversation, explained absolutely nothing when questioned and was most ignorant to both me and my father. She has no manners towards people that need to be accommodated in time after calling weeks in advance, nor does she care about anybody’s needs. The hotel was beautiful and extremely comfortable and clean. but I will never return back because of the manager and her ignorant ways. She also proceeded to tell me how one of her employees was pregnant and had baby brain and was useless. Maybe she should choose her words wisely instead of insulting people that she works to people / customers that are travelling for a wedding that she already failed.

She’s horrible!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is very helpful and the pool was fun for the kids. But
Pros:

The property was nice. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The rugs are a bit outdated and our fridge made a horrible whining, high-pitched sound so we had to unplug it, it was the end of the day so they couldn’t do anything about it to the following day After we checked out.

Great overall, had a good time!
Pros:

The breakfast was good! I like that it was slightly different on the second day, to provide variety. The room was good, it was clean and comfortable. We were able to check into our room half an hour early, which was very convenient. The staff was lovely! Having temperature control in our room was very nice because my partner and I like it a bit cold. The blackout screen on the window was nice for added privacy. Location was convenient.
Overall an excellent experience.

Cons:

The tap water was undrinkably bad. Tasted bad and was slimy, suggesting very hard water.

All and all, a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast very much... better than most.

Cons:

Outside garden areas were not very well maintained. They had more weeds than plants / flowers. Just didn't set a good first impression.
