The front desk lady allowed us extra time in the pool due to some unruly teens causing havoc in the pool. She was very kind and made it up to my little guy!

Carpet on 3rd floor needs re-carpeting
Location was good very close to the highway.
We stayed in room 107. The carpet in our room felt very damp on bare feet. We compared it to the carpet in the hallway and it was dry. It was reported to the lady at reception and there was no manager on duty. The cost of staying in this room was more than it was worth and we weren't offered any discounted rate. Very disappointing. The beds were too soft and woke up with a terrible back ache.
From check in to check out all was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. Employees very friendly. Good value for money.
Very clean and well-maintained. Helpful staff and good value. For our large family, connecting rooms are a HUGH help!
My only concern was that the hot water was REALLY hot. Families with small children should be sure they don’t turn it on by accident.
