The price and location is good, but this place itself is a joke.
Pros:

The location was great. It’s close to everything.

Cons:

The management/staff was rude. The building smelled. The entrance smelled like mildew and the side entrance was “unusable” so I was forced to use the front even though my room was at the very end of the hall. Oh and they tried to charge my 6 year old son a visitor fee.

I would stay here again for the price and friendly staff

The room was clean and the staff was friendly

Cons:

There were walls that had been patched and not painted to color match, which no a terrible thing and the rack behind the toilet was coming out of the wall also not a big deal. The hallway smelt like weed but the room did not. The room was clean, shower was hot and the bed was ok

Everything was decent considering the cost.

Cons:

The shower curtain didnt close fully.So the bathroom floor got flooded while showering. I had to mop it. But it was not their fault. Its a fault in the design.

Pros:

Super kind staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, clean, aesthetically pleasing, safe.

Cons:

These were very minor and should not dissuade anyone from staying here! Some features in the room were broken or needed updated. The tub faucet was dripping and some wall paint was chipped.

Pros:

For a hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and it was a quite place.

For future guests, make sure you input the hotel's name in navigation because there is another location with the exact same address in Little Rock and it will take you there instead.
