Room was rather small for the price and breakfast was a normal breakfast for a cheaper hotel

Ottima colazione, oltre ai tipici elementi dolci e salati avevano alcune cose particolari come l'avocado o succhi di frutta alternativi. Presenza di palestra, piscina e spa con idromassaggio. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Camera spaziosa con grande televisore con app di streaming disponibile. Molte prese all'interno della stanza.

We arrived during a fire. Ellensburg was really smoky so we didn’t see the town which was disappointing.
The hotel could use an update. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Dog rooms should be on the first floor.

Pros:

Was charging our car as we passed through on our way home. Politely asked to use the restroom while waiting on the charger and the front desk firmly refused. Seems like a fairly easy courtesy to allow a traveler in their parking lot to use the bathroom.

Staff was friendly, I called them to let them know I may be late due to road construction, and they said that it was fine! Very friendly when I got in, quick check in process. Hotel was very nice and clean.

Great staff, very accommodating. Fantastic option for Gorge Amphitheatre events.
Pros:

We stayed here for an event at the Gorge Amphitheatre and it was a quick 35 minute drive to the venue. The staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The prices were a bit high, but that is to be expected during the busy season.
