It covered our needs for the purpose of this trip.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. It was peaceful, no loud noise which traveling with a baby was a plus.
Also the staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

That the pool wasn't available and Breakfast ended too early.

Good location but pool not open
Pros:

The location to where we were going was good. It was a quick stay to visit friends and we lived an hour from there. To drive back late didn't make sense.

Cons:

The pool was out of service and this was the main reason for booking here as others in the area also didn't have a pool ready.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Brian at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful in tracking down the phone I left in a Lyft driver’s car.

Cons:

I was surprised that I had to go back downstairs to get an extra blanket. I had been driving all day and already had my nightgown on. I had assumed that someone would bring it up to my room.

Hotel was ok but disappointing for a Hampton inn and suites.

The location was good. The lobby was great.

Cons:

The hotel had limited parking. The room we received was good. But the mirror was missing and the blind was broken. so we requested another room and we had to move our stuff out go down to the lobby and wait quite a while for a new room. They had no rooms with two queens which is what we paid for. The room we received was big but nasty. The floor was all stained and dirty. My feet got dirty. The couch and chair were filthy. And the ac unit made a weird whining sound all night long. We were also charged 150.00 for a deposit and that was not what booking.com said. The night manager told us that was the way it was and to take it up with booking.com. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn And suites. They are usually very nice. I’m very disappointed and I will probably look for a different hotel brand after this experience.
