La piscine etait fermée pendant les 3 jours et le petit déjeuner etait fermée le 2eme jour ils ont fermé a 09 heures mais nous n'avons pas eu cette information.

First time stay. Needs work, has potential.
Pros:

I think the price was very convenient especially for a last minute trip. The lobby was very spacious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The area was very peaceful. So, if you're coming to relax you will be able to.

Cons:

There were a few things that I was not too happy with. Regarding the bathroom it seemed as though it took a while for the hot water to turn hot, the bathroom vent was DUSTY. Very visibly dusty. The shower definitely had build up. The bathroom seemed to be "surfaced cleaned" instead of actually deep cleaned. I had to keep the bathroom door closed my entire stay because there was a urine smell that was very off putting. While I understand everything won't always be a 10/10 the things I listed can and should be addressed if someone is paying. Additionally, I was not made aware that the pool was unavailable until after I booked,

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff friendly and welcoming. King suite large and had good work space.

Cons:

Worn carpets and furniture. Felt slightly shabby No shuttle or pool available. Toilet ran continuously. TP holder falling off wall. Locked out of room temporarily due to failed batteries on digital door lock. Location was in a huge corporate park so had to drive everywhere.

Acceptable
Pros:

Convenient, simple Check-in & Check-out. Hot breakfast and staff supervising it TOP-NOTCH.
Front desk ladies were less than friendly and welcoming BUT the gentleman named TRAVIS demonstrated professional and SUPERIOR 😎 Customer Service. Travis ROCKS at his job showing a real care and a sincere desire to help.

Cons:

Being on a busy street, it's challenging making a left-hand turn onto Tuckahoe Road from the hotel.
Front desk ladies are all lacking in hospitality and graciousness. Jenny, in particular, never even offers a smile and sadly gives off "attitude"; really quite scary.
