Clean, comfortable and breakfast was great
Pros:

Always a great time!

3rd time here and always a great stay!
Our room was clean and quiet and the staff is so nice. We love to stay here. We just love to talk and laugh with the ladies at the front desk! We had so much fun, you'd have thought it was Thanksgiving!
See ypu again in May!

I am taking the time to acknowledge the wonderful customer service I have received from the hotel's staff. Specifically, Barbara always greets guests with a warm, beautiful smile and a "welcome back." It matters to feel welcomed, especially when you spend as much time away from home as I do. If you want to experience customer care and consideration, clean rooms, and a really good on-site gym, the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis - Galleria is the place to stay. Look for Barbara, she will be the one at the front desk with the beautiful, bright smile.

You guys Rokk!
Pros:

We stayed here during a volleyball tournament last week! You guys were so nice to have a reception for us! The service was top notch. Our girls had such a good tournament and fun at the hotel! The pool was beautiful and looked brand new! The gym looked amazing too! We can't wait to come back for the music festival this summer!

Another great trip to the STL!

Hi Homewood people, thank you again for another amazing stay! We stayed during the frigid cold and really enjoyed our cozy room overlooking all the snow.

Great customer service experience
Pros:

We chose this hotel for the location. Shay gave us the best experience we’ve had in a long time! She was attentive and made sure we had the accommodations we needed for our stay. While the hotel is a little older and ready for renovations, her hospitality made us overlook things. It was our pleasure to have had such a wonderful experience. Thank you Homewood Suites!
