Wonderful service
Pros:

Robert assisted in arranging the tables in the conference room. He was patient with us, particularly when we altered the table design twice. He adjusted the tables and chairs until everyone was satisfied and provided suggestions on how to enhance guest comfort based on the design. I loved his attitude!

Shay supported my friend by answering questions about the conference room, which was beneficial since it was my friend's first experience reserving this type of space.

Barbara at the front desk consistently makes me feel welcome by using my name. She checked in with us during the event to see if we needed anything. She is very customer service oriented.

Great hotel!
Pros:

We love the Homewood Suites. Everyone is super friendly and helpful- especially Barb at the front desk and Dominica in the breakfast area. The hotel is very clean, and is convenient to highways and amenities. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

I read a lot of reviews and upgraded to premium room. The breakfast was not what you’re used to at a homewood. It’s a basic continental with little if any hot food. The room was dingy and the upgraded bedding was just an old spring mattress that bounced when either of us moved. The kitchen pans were not usable, the shower flooded if you stayed in more than 2-3 minutes. The shelf in shower fell. The only highlight was the staff were all very kind and polite. I would have rated it 2 stars if not for the staff. Also you pay $10/night for parking in an unsecured random open lot.

Kudos Homewood Team!
Pros:

Quick work trip, but always stay at this place. They know me by name and always have my favorite floor available. The gym is phenomenal and the location is perfect. Appreciate you guys espescislly during the holidays. Love your breakfast team too. Kudos!

Pros:

We had a nice stay here! We would stay here again! The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was pretty good! The beds were comfortable!

Cons:

Our only complaints are the hottub was down and noone told us, I don't think the heat worked properly in our room and we had to pay to park!

Great Experience!
Pros:

We stayed at Homewood Suites STL- Galleria for a few weeks while on business in November. It's a great location and I felt safe going to and from the property. The rooms are comfortable and the Gym, pool and jacuzzi are great! The complimentary breakfast and evening reception are enjoyable as well as the space where these amenities are served.

All of the staff are great! They are helpful, accommodating and courteous. We were so grateful for Shay at the front Desk for helping to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ali with maintenance was also great! Staying there for a few weeks we had a couple of issues that were addressed and resolved right away.
I wish I could remember everyone's name to give each individual a Big Thanks!

Wonderful
Pros:

Dezell made us feel so welcomed and incredibly helpful! Nice rooms, beautiful and spacious! Breakfast was a hit with everyone 😋 This location was perfect for the areas we wanted to see!

Great location, no direct issues with the room, would stay again.

Easy check-in/out process. Room in order upon arrival, adequate breakfast.

Cons:

Didn't enjoy the fact that it was $10 a day extra just the park in the parking lot that was overcrowded.

Came here for an Honor Guard training.
Pros:

Dezell & Phoenix are amazing ! Had some cleanliness issues in the room, and they totally handled it. The manager reception on Wednesday night was a great surprise.
