Receptionist lady has a good hospitality and kindness.

Viel Hôtel non entretenu. Les chambres sont sales, fuites d'eau dans les salles de bains des 4 chambres vue mer que nous avions reservé.
Les chambres ne sont pas faites chaque jour, pas d'eau remise non plus chaque jour. Draps mouillés, piscine desagreable a cause de l exces de braume ou trop acide mais en tout cas pas traitee correctement et barreaux de l'echelle cassé et fendu. Personne quasimment dans l'hotel peut etre 8 personnnes...alors qu'on est en plein mois d'aout.
Seule la vue et l'emplacement sont chouette.

Grosse structure touristique, nous a convenu pour une nuit.

Hôtel bien placé en bord de mer avec une très belle piscine. Les extérieurs sont très agréables.
Très beau Sunset si on fait abstraction de la pollution plastique de la plage.
Nous avons eu des chambres avec balcon et une très belle vue sur la mer. L'hôtel est par contre un peu défraichit, les salles de bains sont un peu limite... La salle de massage est défraichit également et il se dégage une forte odeur d'humidité. les murs ont des taches. Le personnel est agréable.

Ingen liv, hvilket nok skyldtes poolen var helt grøn af alger og uklar, så ikke et hotel man blev og opholdt sig på. Ærgerligt for vi havde regnet med nogle dage pool kombineret med turer.
Der var næsten ingen varmt vand til badet, morgenmads udvalget var tyndt.
Alt i alt et slidt og gammelt hotel, hvorfor vi også valgte at afbryde vores ophold og tage videre før tid.
Personalet beklagede poolen ikke var brugbar i nogle dage pga vedligeholdelse, og vi fik en lille kompensation for dette.
På den anden side skal nævnes, flot udsigt fra værelserne til solnedgang over vandet samt høfligt og hjælpsomt personale.

We had a really great stay the Hotel located beautiful right at the sea. Staff is amongst the most friendly and helpful we have experienced. They helped to arrange dolphin safari, fishing and a day trip to waterfalls, local markets and hot springs. Hotel are not new, but everything worked as it should.
Restaurant was also quite OK.

The property is good and located in the right place rest everything is dated.

You would not like to stay there after reading below

1. Room are dated everything is old in regards to the stars given to the hotel.

2.there is no proper restaurant to eat and breakfast is notfree so people be aware

3. There are plenty of lizards on the property and they crawl linto the room and that is a big red flag.my daughter was scared and never slept well.

4.pool area is okay but not much interesting fact about it.

5. The only plus is that the property has a beautiful architecture and views.

6. I did. Not eat there but ordered for carryon meal.


7. Over all the property is good from outside but mediacore dron inside.

We had an amazing five days here and a great start to our family holiday in Bali. The staff were amazing and looked after us. The hotel is on the waterfront and great to look out to sea from the restaurant and your balcony. Its at the quiet end of Lovina which we wanted.

This is a great place to stay and relax in Lovina. Yes, the building is dated, but considering how hard COVID impacted them, it is very hard to make any updates, so please ignore the negative comments and stay as it was clean and pleasant.

We had breakfast every morning on the boardwalk at the water and drinks and occasionally food in the evening there watching the sunset.

All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean, and it is lovely and quiet. Watching the fishermen and boats is so enjoyable.

The staff absolutely make up for the older building. You could not ask for more friendly and helpful staff. It is about 5 minutes' drive from main Lovina, but they will drive you in and bring you back whenever you like with a quick message through WhatsApp. It was never a problem, and being out of the hustle and bustle was worthwhile.

I thought it was beachfront, but no, waterfront. but it worked out well because they picked us up in the boat right in front of the hotel for the Dolphin watching

No hay que dejarse llevar por las primeras impresiones cuando se accede a este hotel, porque la imagen trasnochada y un tanto deteriorada que ofrecen sus instalaciones, en un primer momento, contrasta con el alto nivel de calidad de sus enormes habitaciones, decoradas con buen gusto al más puro estilo balinés. Las de la planta baja cuentan además con un amplio y cuidado jardín con acceso directo al mar (ojo, no a la playa) y cama balinesa. Excelente servicio de limpieza y mantenimiento. Piscina de grandes dimensiones ubicada junto a un entorno que, como el resto del edificio, pide a gritos un ejercicio de actualización. El desayuno no es demasiado variado, pero el amable personal que lo gestiona siempre está dispuesto a atender sugerencias y a adaptarse a las necesidades del cliente.

Leuk hotel, uiterst vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken, prima zwembad, kortom alles, wat je van een hotel op Bali verwacht.

We chose the Nugraha Lovina hotel for its location and we were not disappointed. It is on the sea front and the view from the room/ restaurant/ pool is beautiful. We would recommend this hotel because of the overall beautiful setting; we really enjoyed the outdoor facililties. However, if you look at things more closely, you start to notice things are past their use-by date and are not as clean as they should be.
The staff was ever so polite and accommodating, which was a bonus. Finally, the food was not the best, lack of taste and not the best quality.

Das Hotel ist an sich nett eingerichtet, leider war es dem Hotel anscheinend nicht wert für drei belegte Zimmer die Anlage ordentlich zu halten. Im Zimmer befanden sich Spinnenweben, das Badezimmer war überdurchschnittlich verkalkt und auch der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren nicht sehr gepflegt.
Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße wodurch der Straßenverkehr deutlich in den Zimmern zu hören ist.

这家酒店的位置很好。房间面朝大海。出去就是海滩边
房间大小就一般了。不是很宽敞
酒店服务感觉一般，没有其他酒店那么热情
晚餐在酒店吃的，海鲜炒饭很值，里面的海鲜很多
总体来说还可以了，主要是为了看海豚才住的

Great hotel and staff. Pretty quiet when we were there. Bit of a walk into town, but can arrange transport pretty easy. Overall very happy with my stay.

Virkelig fin service på dejligt hotel. Dejligt at møde ansatte der er glade. Altid smilende.

Et godt hotel tæt ved stranden, men her i marts var vi næsten de eneste gæster. Men hvad gør det.
