Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Shower continuously dripped. The water in the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. We were at a softball tournament so the girls played 3 games in the heat and only 1 could shower. The temps were too extreme one way or the other. The soap was empty, lotion was empty. I informed the desk so they could work on it before renting that room to another. It was an expensive nights stay to not have these things available and working. The staff said they would offer a resolution but nothing has been said or offered.

Clean room, nice staff, but won’t be back because of the mold.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and the room was clean and staff were very nice.

Cons:

The hot tub was covered in mold and I didn’t notice for 15 minutes cause there were so many sudsy bubbles and I finally notice cause the mold started floating on the bubbles. The wall was covered in it. I told staff and they didn’t even shut it down or clean it cause I checked back.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff great. Room was roomy.

Cons:

Pool and hot tub down which was part of the reason I picked this hotel. Accessible room not fully accessible: tub was deep and having bars isn't a good accessible bathroom. Safety issue for my husband

I always stay here.
Pros:

The staff, breakfast, wifi, pool and hot tub are all amazing!

Cons:

I have a bad back,so sometimes I need a firmer mattress and pillows, but that's more of a personal issue. The last 2 nights I slept great 👍

Uncomfortable
Cons:

The room had no view due to a concrete structure outside the window that they did not tell us about. I have vertigo and need to look into the distance so this was a problem. The heater was way too hot even on the lowest setting so we had to turn it off and then woke up freezing. Wr repeated this a couple of times ao did not sleep well. There were dark hairs in the shower, and worst of all we got bed bug bites from the hotel and have spent hours washing everything and vacuuming and cleaning everything si ce we got home to try to kill any bedbugs that may have come home with us.
