Pros:

Mostly exceptional.

Cons:

The constant HVAC humming sound vibrating under the bed while I tried to sleep in my room on 3rd floor above the breakfast area.

Overall Nice!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Everyone was smiling and polite. The front desk staff was knowledgable and helpful. They were very freindly.

Cons:

The bed was not as comfortable as i would have liked but understanding that it needs to be the way it is because its in a hotel it was ok. There really isn't anything i could say negative.

Good place to stay in Winchester
Pros:

Location is good. All areas of the hotel were clean and well cared for. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the pillows were feather and crinkly sounding. We requested some additional pillows and they were better.

Pros:

The room was nice and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

We could have used an extra chair in the room. In our sink was a clogged. We left a note for the staff.
