Stanze piccolissime e non adeguati a standard hotel 4 stelle , ci hanno dato una tripla che non era neppure una doppia e con pagamento non rimborsabile neppure pagare all’arrivo, parcheggio a pagamento

Für ein Wochenende ok. Für Ferien müsste ein grösseres Zimmer her

Freundliches Personal , sauber, Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer eher klein und im Schrank keine ablagefläche, konnte die zusammengefalteten Pullis nirgends versorgen

… poca pulizia , albergo vecchio e tenuto non bene , stanze poco pulite , mancanza di letti singoli richiesti , colazione da hotel internazionale e sala da colazione non degna di un 4 stelle .

De très bonne vacance mais déçu de l’hôtel

- Salle de bain très abimée
- Radiateur dans la baignoire
- On a dû laissé un mot pour qu’on nous remplisse les produits à douche
- Deux semaines sans le changement des draps
- Parking pas accessible avec des voitures basses
- Pas de places réservées par chambre
- Piscine froide et jacuzzi froid
- L’eau des repas est payante, même avec la demi-pension
- Le wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas, dans n’importe quelle pièce.
- Nous avons demandé un lit double, mais nous avons eux deux lits simple collés
- Les repas sont a la carte, pas variés, pas au goût de tout le monde, pas italien du tout
- Pas d’animation, après 21h c’est le calme total
- Pas de restaurant aux alentours pour le midi. Il faut faire 1 km a pied minimum pour pouvoir manger italien.
- Accueil: La dame à la réception ne nous a rien expliqué au fonctionnement de l’hôtel, on a du aller redemander après.
- Nous sommes partis au parc d’attraction la journée. Une personne de la famille qui parle italien à appeler pour dire que nous ne serions pas là et demander si on pouvais récupérer le repas un midi. La personne a dit oui et quand nous sommes allés demander en français, on nous a dit que non !!

Zimmer mit Kaputte Badewanne fast ne Woche gebraucht bis jemand kam reparieren, Tischlampe ging nicht,immer wieder vergessen auffüllen, Shampoo, Tücher etc.

Pros:

The hotel was very busy due to the IRONMAN, but staff were professional, especially in the face of checking out guests on Monday 22/9 discovering there was a train and public transport strike, that, shout out to Vanessa, she dealt with frantic guests stranded for getting to Bologna airport for travelling home in a calm and professional manner. They don’t have enough kettles for rooms, I would say, we could only have one on the last 2 days of our 7 day stay. The only staff member who I found disconcerting , was the cream jacketed breakfast room male, who came up to me on the first morning and said “you make only breakfast “ I had nothing in my hands, and hadn’t even found a table . That was insulting but I chose not to mention in the moment because I wanted to just get on with my stay.
