De très bonne vacance mais déçu de l’hôtel
Pros:

La piscine est assez grande
Le personnel est à l’écoute

Cons:

- Salle de bain très abimée
- Radiateur dans la baignoire
- On a dû laissé un mot pour qu’on nous remplisse les produits à douche
- Deux semaines sans le changement des draps
- Parking pas accessible avec des voitures basses
- Pas de places réservées par chambre
- Piscine froide et jacuzzi froid
- L’eau des repas est payante, même avec la demi-pension
- Le wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas, dans n’importe quelle pièce.
- Nous avons demandé un lit double, mais nous avons eux deux lits simple collés
- Les repas sont a la carte, pas variés, pas au goût de tout le monde, pas italien du tout
- Pas d’animation, après 21h c’est le calme total
- Pas de restaurant aux alentours pour le midi. Il faut faire 1 km a pied minimum pour pouvoir manger italien.
- Accueil: La dame à la réception ne nous a rien expliqué au fonctionnement de l’hôtel, on a du aller redemander après.
- Nous sommes partis au parc d’attraction la journée. Une personne de la famille qui parle italien à appeler pour dire que nous ne serions pas là et demander si on pouvais récupérer le repas un midi. La personne a dit oui et quand nous sommes allés demander en français, on nous a dit que non !!

Naja, nicht zufrieden für diesen Preis
Pros:

Küche Top, Klasse

Cons:

Zimmer mit Kaputte Badewanne fast ne Woche gebraucht bis jemand kam reparieren, Tischlampe ging nicht,immer wieder vergessen auffüllen, Shampoo, Tücher etc.

Pros:

The hotel was very busy due to the IRONMAN, but staff were professional, especially in the face of checking out guests on Monday 22/9 discovering there was a train and public transport strike, that, shout out to Vanessa, she dealt with frantic guests stranded for getting to Bologna airport for travelling home in a calm and professional manner. They don’t have enough kettles for rooms, I would say, we could only have one on the last 2 days of our 7 day stay. The only staff member who I found disconcerting , was the cream jacketed breakfast room male, who came up to me on the first morning and said “you make only breakfast “ I had nothing in my hands, and hadn’t even found a table . That was insulting but I chose not to mention in the moment because I wanted to just get on with my stay.

Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel était très sympathique, souriant et professionnel. L’hôtel était à 100 m de la plage payante et à 300 de la plage publique (également super) et la piscine de l’hôtel était également super (pas de stress).

Cons:

Le Wifi qui n'était pas à la hauteur!

Paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe die nicht richtig erwähnt werden, aber sehr leckeres Essen anbieten.
Lage direkt am Strand, nicht zu viel los am Pool.

Cons:

Etwas altmodisch, sehr teures parken(haben an der Straße (ist billiger) bzw den etwas weiter weg gelegenen kostenlosen Parkplätzen geparkt), sehr lange Wartezeiten an den Aufzüge zu den Stoßzeiten.
Nicht bestellte Barrechnung ohne Erwähnung (waren nicht an der Bar)
Man wurde nicht informiert wenn Veranstaltungen vor Ort stattgefunden haben
Das Hotel gab von sich aus keine Information zum Aufenthalt, der angebliche Strandrabatt war niedriger als der Nachlass den der Strandbetreiber von sich aus gab.
Minibar im Zimmer war nicht komplett gefüllt bei der Ankunft
Umkleiden am Pool waren sehr offen und eine davon kaputt

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Trovo sopravalutato le 4 stelle , i bagni in camera sono una vera delusione , nella prima camera che mi era stata assegnata la doccia era posizionata dentro una vasca da bagno, per altro tutta scortecciata e al muro vi era anche un termo arredo restringendo ancora di più lo spazio a disposizione per la doccia , per fare la doccia bisognava scavalcare la vasca facendo attenzione a non cadere sia in ingresso che in uscita mancanza totale di maniglie per essere almeno in sicurezza, lavabo bassi e privi di mobili da bagno, alla mia lamentela mi è stata sostituita immediatamente la camera con doccia ma anche qui non era presente nessuno mobile i sanitari molto datati il water che non era ben fissato a terra e si muoveva camere comunque non da hotel 4 stelle. Hotel non convenzionato con nessuno bagno in spiaggia ma solo con una piccolo sconto presso uno stabilimento , garage dell' hotel usufruibile solo a pagamento non a poco prezzo, acqua e vino ai pasti con costi elevati, servizi molto scarsi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Bel trattamento complessivo, cene di gran qualità, piscina molto bella
Pros:

Colazione ottima con vasta scelta per tutte le abitudini. Posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro di Cervia a beneficio del relax, piscina veramente bella e lunga, per chi sa nuotare si può fare qualche vasca, si tocca comunque dappertutto

Cons:

Magari la gestione chiavi della camera. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di elettronico visti i tempi. Comunque non è un gran problema
