Comfortable stay, but no-means perfect!

Room was ok and comfortable bed

Cons:

The reception except for one could not understand English. We had a meal at their sister hotel across the road, my potatoes were cold and the steak was unchewable, I complained at the time but was still given a bill for 500,000! We had a late flight and asked if we could pay for the extra hrs, but told we had to pay for another night, no reduction at all as left the hotel at 8.30 pm so no breakfast was needed (poor customer service) The most informative & helpful person in the hotel was the bellman

スタッフさんは、親切。　朝ごはんも美味しい。

Cons:

小さな虫がたくさん出る。　お湯が少ししか出ない。　トイレ流れにくい。　なんか臭い。

多種類の朝食もとても良いです
建物は古いですがとても清潔です♪

Впервые во Вьетнаме. Все понравилось
Pros:

Быстрое « реагирование» на просьбы.даже ночью ! Вкусная еда в ресторане. Чудесный сад в соседнем корпусе.Удобное местоположение

Cons:

Не подсказали как следует где найти сервис Viettel. И в ресторане вечером не могла заказать бокал вина к ужину

Overpriced considering Vietnam
Pros:

Room were comfortable and was very near to airport

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant is very rude and timings for breakfast is very less.
Hardly any vegetarian options and the staff won't even help you find one

If vegetarian, dont book the buffet breakfast
