Not worth the money. Not as nice as advertised

Hotel staff less than helpful. Room hallways poorly lit. No hairdryer in room despite advertising. Hotel staff not helpful at all, and I ended up having to buy and have a hairdryer delivered to use. Overpriced for what you get. Hotel is dated. Independently owned. Notes about security at front desk. We had no issues with our car or belongings but I didn’t sleep well thinking about it. Air conditioning in room loud and couldn’t figure out how to regulate it. Battery on thermostat read low.

Not worth the money. Rating would be 2.5 stars

Other than loud bumping noises it was good!

Pros:

There were bed bugs, other bugs and ants, the carpet was moist and reeked. When we told the front desk there were bugs they did not act surprised at all. Their reaction was more of 'yeah this is the third time today we've heard that' and they offered to move to another room. This room had ants as well. We will not be staying here again. It seems like this hotel is full of people that live in hotels and are not very clean. If you are in the area for business go to another hotel.

Watch for bugs
Pros:

Staff is amazing. Room was newly remodeled and very comfortable.

Cons:

No ice machines working, no power in the area that had drinks for sale, the next morning I turned on the light and found a bug in my room on the 4th floor. Showed the front desk a picture and they said that makes me itch. I asked what I needed to do to protect myself and they said shake out my clothes. Lots of furniture outside in the parking lot
