If I could, I would give it 0 stars because it doesn’t even deserve 1

Our stay was truly awful. We found cockroaches appearing out of nowhere, especially in the evening. We couldn’t even tell whether they were coming from the bathroom or from under the door, but they were everywhere. Shocked, we went to complain at the reception. They offered to change our room, but when we went to see the other one, it was no better: it smelled horribly like sewage.

The staff tried to convince us that they had just sprayed some air freshener, but it was obvious that it wasn’t air freshener at all, it was the unmistakable smell of sewage coming from somewhere.

On top of that, the rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. The air conditioning barely worked: every time it stopped functioning, we had to call someone to fix it, and shortly after it would break again. To make things worse, the power kept going out, leaving us without lights and without air conditioning, even in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was terrible, with very little choice and low-quality food.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid it at all costs.

The location is great and easy to find, but the room can get a bit noisy since it’s right along the main road. The swimming pool is a nice touch, though the water looked a little unclear during my stay, maybe because of the weather. The restaurant only offers a few options and closes early at 2 PM. The plated breakfast wasn’t really worth it for me, but at least they let you remove it from your room inclusion.

What I really liked were the people. The staff were nice and accommodating, especially the male front desk officer who helped me at night (I forgot his name, unfortunately). The guards were also very kind and welcoming throughout my stay.

Kape na lang makikiusap ka pa ng 10 beses sa staff para bgyan ka ng 1 piraso.. disgusting.. bakit ndi Nyo pa isara yan hotel Nyo.

Very poor internet connection

Staff is accommodating, staying for 1 night only and expected to have a comfortable stay. I had specifically requested a pregnancy-friendly room due to my current condition, but unfortunately, I was placed on the third floor with no elevator access—only stairs. This made my stay unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. I expected more consideration and support, especially after making my needs clear in advance. I hope the management takes future requests like this more seriously and ensures better accommodations for guests with health or mobility concerns.

During our recent trip to Boracay, we had the pleasure of staying at Erus Suites Hotel, and it truly enhanced our vacation experience. The staff at Erus Suites Hotel were exceptional—always accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly valued as guests.

This was my first visit to Boracay and my stay at Erus Suites Hotel spanned three nights. I received a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated. However, the room had ants in several areas and a noticeable odor in the bathroom facility. The staff were exceedingly accommodating and sprayed the room twice. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently situated near White beach, station 3, numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars, and attractions. My rating reflects my experience with the room; otherwise, I had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very happy with our stay in Erus Suits Hotel. Clean rooms, nice breakfast (small portions though). Very polite staff. Would recommend.

The place and staff members are nice. However, it needs better administrators. 3 nights and we only had 1 small roll of toilet paper for two people. They cleaned the room and didn’t leave one either. No toilet paper in the restaurant’s restroom. The room smell was odd. They had a loooot of staff members and they are nice and attentive, but maybe have less staff for that and have someone doing Constance maintenance.

This hotel is affordable and worth it! I booked deluxe room with complimentary breakfast for 2pax. Staff is accommodating from front desk to bellman and I think they are On-the-Job trainees and they perform well! Room is clean and I do not see any problem with that. Hallway is well-maintained as I noticed.

One thing that I want that the management should check is the internet connection inside the room espcially if you are in the 3rd floor. The wifi connection sometimes lost or should I say not consistent. I think if this problem will be given an immediate action it will be a plus for other guest to enjoy their stay. ☺️

We had multiple issues with the hotel. Most were basic things which are expected clenliness was the main issue.

The bedsheets are yellow and stained when we got to our room. This was particularly annoying as they asked for a deposit to ensure we did not stain the sheets. We contacted hotels.com who struggled to help us due to the phone lines being un manned by the hotel staff. There were also about 8 phine numbers non of which were useful. When they finally offered us to move rooms they showed us an upgraded room which still had stained walls and sheets. Additionally there was a stench from the shower which would not go and only got worse with running water. The water was also only cold with no warm or hot.

In addition the pool was not clean and half empty when we arrived.

The wifi did not work at all.

We checked out after one night and went somehwere else with no refund.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Walkable to the beach. Slow Internet connection in our room.

Stay FAR Away from Urus Suites Hotel - Worst Experience Ever!

I don’t even know where to begin with how horrific my stay at Urus Suites Hotel was. We booked three rooms from February 4 to February 8, 2025, and what we encountered was absolutely revolting. The hotel is a disgrace, and I am beyond furious that I even had the misfortune of booking with them.

The rooms were FILTHY. The walls were completely covered in mold, which is not just unacceptable but a serious health risk. The bedsheets had multiple stains, the towels were disgusting, and the overall lack of hygiene was beyond belief.

This isn’t just about “needing a little cleaning”; this is about an utter failure to meet basic health and safety standards. Mold exposure can cause severe respiratory problems, and yet this hotel is putting people at risk without a care in the world.

We immediately reported the issue to the reception, but honestly, there was nothing they could have done to salvage the situation. We didn’t stay a single minute longer in that disgusting place and left within an hour of checking in.

I wouldn’t trust this hotel to house a pet, let alone humans.

This is a complete and utter failure on the part of Urus Suites Hotel, and I am warning anyone reading this to stay FAR away from this place.

If you value your health, your safety, and your well-being, do NOT book here. There are plenty of other hotels that actually care about their guests and maintain basic standards. Urus Suites Hotel does not.

Of course, they refused to issue a refund, so we will be filing a dispute with our credit card company to receive a full refund. I encourage you to do the same if you haven’t seen my review earlier.

The restaurant was quite expensive !
