De rustige ligging dicht bij het centrum, de ruime parkeermogelijkheid, plus opladen elektrische auto. Vriendelijke ontvangst receptie en de mogelijkheid onze elektrische fietsen binnen te stallen. Slimme keuken (geen gebruik van gemaakt) met afzuigkap en mogelijkheid om theedoek op te hangen. Ook ontbijt was prima en de uitchecktijd van 12.00 uur!
Prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima.
En ook gewoon eens een lekker groot bed. DIe zijn in de UK lastig te vinden.
Hele fijne afsluiting van vier weken UK op 8 verschillende locaties. En Newcastle was - onverwacht - een prachtige stad.

Beds very uncomfortable, kitchen wasn’t clean, bad sound proofing.
Absolutely a home from home. We had a suite and it was extremely comfortable. Not only that, it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Our bed was comfortable and the apartment was silent-really good soundproofing.
At the beginning of the week they hold a social, with free beer,wine, cheese and nibbles from 6.30-7.30 which can easily double for a light supper. The breakfast is a buffet, with a good mix of hot and cold options. There is also a 24hr shop, with easy things to cook (pizzas, waffles etc) and snacks and drinks.
The staff were truly all lovely, special mentions to Natalie, Antonia and Yenny!
We loved it and will be back soon. Great job!!!
A great place to stay and get about
This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. The breakfast staff are equally friendly, helpful, and professional.
Every member of the team is fantastic and contributes to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is spotless and very well kept.
I would not hesitate to return again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was such a nice place to stay. Staff were lovely. Accommodation was better than we expected even after reading the reviews prior to our arrival. Probably as nice a place as any we've stayed in when visiting Newcastle.
Genuinely, there was nothing to dislike. Staff and accommodation were great. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, quiet location but only a short walk to city centre, railway station, quayside etc. Room well laid out & very well equipped for self catering. Good shower.
Breakfast was a bit hit & miss. Totally different selection of food each day, not welcomed when we appeared for breakfast so didn't really know what was going on. That said, the food itself was very good & plentiful
I can't say enough about this wonderful place. I was travelling alone under difficult circumstances (family illness) and the staff here could not have been more kind and welcoming. Chelsea, in particular, was wonderful. She upgraded me and made a point to check in on me every day when I passed reception. She made a real difference. All the staff were lovely. It was fantastic to have such a good breakfast every morning. The place was spotless. It's super quiet at night but close to Grey street (about a 10 min walk). It is a bit of a walk from Central Station with a suitcase so get a cab if you're not driving. If driving, there's an easy car park. Overall, this place is fantastic, made even better by the wonderful staff.
It was clean, spacious and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.
