Room was spacious and comfortable staff couldn't do enough
What a fantastic stay! The actual suite was way nicer than a lot of hotels we have stayed in.
The accommodation was faultless and had everything we needed. Location was perfect - right next to The Quayside and great value for money at £139 with a fabulous breakfast included! Both reception and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Will 100% stay again. Thank you!

Second visit here and as excellent as the first visit.
Extremely warm welcome from Reception upon arrival with that lovely Geordie warmth.
Super clean and thoughtfully laid out bedroom and exceptionally quiet.
Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold dishes and whatever time of breakfast I ate, there was always space to sit down and plentiful supplies!
Location is a 15 min walk from railway station and similar walk to Eldon Square, and only 5 min walk downhill to the river and the Hadrian's Path to either walk or cycle out to Tynemouth.
Hotel has storage for cycles.
And on checkout, another delightfully helpful and friendly lady to wave me off!

Quite apart from the very good location and superb quality of the hotel, I just wanted to comment regarding how exceptional the service was. The staff are lovely - in particular Antonia and the other girl (we don’t recall her name) who was with her on reception when we arrived. They were so friendly and helpful and we would absolutely stay there again if we were in Newcastle.

Me and my girlfriend, came here for our 6 month anniversary. I have to say, it was a great experience! One of the best apartment suites, I have stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, spacious for it's size and staff were very welcoming and helpful. It came with free parking and a delicious buffet breakfast. Everything was a standard, and we both couldn't be happier.

The location is off the beaten track - which makes it a peaceful and quiet stay - but some customers might want to be closer to the buzz of the city - it's less than 10 mins walk from the quayside so not too far away from everything.
Our room was lovely and comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. I loved the noticeboard with a calendar of the month and what was going on in the city.

Breakfast was great, a good choice of stuff to eat - although as a veggie it was slightly more limited.
the veggie options for breakfast had to be requested the day before (or wait maybe 20 mins on the day) - which we didn't do as we had no idea what we'd want to eat the following morning at a specific time. I did request a boiled egg on the first morning, the staff member working asked the kitchen and they said they only do boiled eggs during the week - which seemed odd. But otherwise that was the only thing I didn't like really, the food and quality of it was good.
Dog friendly with grass directly outside. Great location a few mins from quayside. Excellent breakfast buffet with all the works including waffle machine! Great environmentally friendly toiletries in the bathroom. Nice little kitchen space.
