Would I come there again, he’ll yah, I love my stay there
Pros:

I like everything about the property, the view, the location, how nice the staff are, how clean it is

I didn’t like the fact they have no bathrobe, flop flops and room service

Ein Kurzurlaub den wir dank netter Menschen(Servicepersonal) genossen haben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Städtereisende und sportbegeisterte Fußballfans. Das Zentrum und die Fluß "Tyne" Promenade mit seinen unzähligen Lokalen, sind in 15 min fußläufig erreichbar. Das Fußball-Stadion liegt auch sehr nahe am Zentrum und ist in 10 min vom Zentrum aus erreichbar. Frühstück in Buffetform war für engl. Verhältnisse top und ausreichend. Kaffee und Tee konnte 24 Std. kostenfrei konsumiert werden.
Besonder möchte ich die Dame"Yenni" an der Rezeption erwähnen. Sie war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt zu verschönern, das anfängliche Reservierungsproblem hat sie rasch und unkompliziert gelöst. Stand uns mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seiten! Danke Yenni!!!

The staff were totally customer focus and very high service at all times relaxed and very friendly..., very well though out suites with everything provided and bonus of being able to wash and tumble dry clothes on your stay...home from home I was totally impressed.

Pros:

Smashing one night stay!
Pros:

The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Even took us outside under a brolly to our car when it was raining.

Spacious apartment.

The whole place smelt nice.

Good breakfast.

Cons:

The lights/ sockets were so odd. The main switch to turn the lights off seemingly turned all the sockets off. We couldn't leave a lamp on for the kids and phones didn't charge. Most bizarre!

Great hotel in the center of newcastle
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice amenities and even a toy present for our dog. Very nice, emphatic and professional personnel that does know how to treat unusual situations as well. We can absolutely recommend everyone to stay there, esp with a dog! Noting also that the location of the hotel is very good.
