Breakfast was very good

Location convenient

Cons:

TV in the bedroom did not work. It took them two days to fix/replace it. However it was Easter Sunday.

Wunderbares Hotel im Zentrum von Newcastle
Pros:

Super Lage, extrem freundliches Personal und ein sehr grosses und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt aber sie schien auch gut ausgestattet

Pros:

Stayed here Easter Sunday so payed Sunday rates and it was good value for money.The hotel is modern and kept very clean and the rooms are spacious and well equipped...nice comfy bed and very quiet.The staff are very friendly and well trained.The location is good but it's just a little bit out of the center so if your not bothered about a walk into town or Quayside no problem (15-20 min)The breakfast was ok not a great selection on the full English side but not a problem..Free coffee/tea machine in reception open 24/7..would I stay again yes I would...oh the car park is very secure and was a extra £13 per night.

Cons:

Only problem is the room was very warm and you can't open the windows...they do have air con in room but it was a bit complicated to work like they all are ha...if I was staying longer no doubt one of the staff would have shown me how to work it.

Hotel stupendo per un bel weekend a Newcastle
Pros:

Hotel stupendo in una posizione defilata ma comunque a poche centinaia di metri dal centro, moderno e arredato con stile! Molto accogliente e pulito. Abbiamo preso una suite monolocale meravigliosa completa di ogni confort, cucina (anche se non l'abbiamo usata), zona salottino bellissima, letto king comodissimo e bagno con doccia doppia! Colazione molto buona e di qualità..
Checkout alle 12 che non è da tutti, staff davvero gentile!

Clean apartment hotel with good amenities
Pros:

Room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Good amenities in the room, ideal for longer stays.

Breakfast was really nice, great selection of food, all really well cooked and tasty.

Staff were welcoming and warm. Very cheery no matter the time of day.

Cons:

I paid for a river view. There was no view of the river. In fact given the infrastructure and the distance from the river I'd highly suspect no room has one. So be wary of your paying the extra for the view as there won't be one.
