We love to stay at Staybridge suites when in newcastle. Great facilities, lovely reception and kitchen staff, good breakfast. Excellent location too, quiet but not far from Ouseburn or Quayside or city centre. Only mild reservations are cost of parking and a slight problem with door passes since a recent upgrade which I'm sure they'll fix soon..but that aside , a real find and highly recommended
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We got the impression that nothing would have been too much trouble.
The design of the suite was great, a fantastic halfway house between a hotel room and self catering accommodation.
We loved that we could sit downstairs and eat a takeaway if we wished.
The breakfast selection was also great.
As a person with mobility difficulties it was a tricky location to get to without encountering steps. Google maps was singularly unhelpful. The people at the hotel were so good at suggesting step free routes to places.
Lovely room that surpassed expectations. Breakfast well cooked and plentiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Added bonus of 'the pantry' a little shop that sold essentials.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in for a while. Great, location, parking with charging facilities, excellent staff and lovely clean rooms and communal areas.

Location, staff were excellent, room was clean and well presented with a very comfortable bed and even better pillows!
The room A/C did not work properly and the room stayed warm during the night.
We set it at 14 degrees to try and cool the room but it did not bring the temp down.
Reported it to staff in morning and they were going to get it looked at.

The toaster needed emptying and the microwave oven needed a better clean there was still some cheese stuck in there
