Great location and service, wholesome experience - totally worth it.
Pros:

We booked the Star Prestige option - the room was comfortable. Rooftop pool and bar was nice.
Very easy access to beach. There are lots of activities and events planned throughout the day for the guests. Rarely saw any queues for any service. Very supportive and responsive staff. Food and drink variety was good. Spa service is very professional and is a great experience.
Would definitely recommend everyone to catch the sunrise from the beach - worth it !

Overall, the experience was great . Some feedback around what could be better :
The staff is very supportive but noticed that the housekeeping after knocking doesńt wait enough and enter inside almost immediately.
Food variety - may add Indian and chinese. And, the a la carte restaurants - was difficult to find a booking, this is something that can definitely be worked upon and planned in a better way to accomodate guests.
Rooftop pool (star prestige) could have been bigger and the timings be extended.

Excelente resort para famílias, praia linda e estrutura completa
Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, extremamente bem cuidado, com decoração agradável, paisagismo impecável e excelente estrutura para famílias. Mesmo em plena alta temporada e com bastante movimento, conseguimos aproveitar bem as piscinas, restaurantes e demais áreas do resort.
A qualidade e variedade de comidas e bebidas do sistema all-inclusive foram excelentes, sempre com muitas opções disponíveis ao longo do dia.
Para famílias com crianças, as piscinas infantis são um enorme diferencial. Nosso filho se divertiu muito enquanto nós conseguimos relaxar e aproveitar os bares e drinks do resort.
A praia em frente ao hotel é linda, com areia clara e água transparente e muito agradável para banho. Outro destaque absoluto são as piscinas no rooftop: a vista para Playa de Muro é espetacular e o ambiente é muito mais tranquilo. Recomendamos muito conhecer essa área.
A programação noturna também foi divertida e ajudou a completar a experiência de resort.
Foi uma ótima experiência e um resort que recomendamos especialmente para famílias. Excelente gastronomia, piscinas maravilhosas e uma praia lindíssima.

Cons:

O principal problema foi a prática de hóspedes reservarem as espreguiçadeiras da piscina logo pela manhã colocando toalhas e depois ficarem horas sem utilizá-las. Muitas vezes todas pareciam ocupadas, embora várias estivessem vazias. Acredito que o hotel deveria controlar melhor essa situação.
O quarto também era menor do que esperávamos. Meu marido precisou trabalhar durante alguns dias e não havia sequer uma mesa adequada para notebook, tendo que improvisar utilizando uma mala.
Apesar de o hotel estar diretamente em frente à praia, não existe estrutura própria de praia incluída: espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis são pagos separadamente.
Alguns ajustes na política das espreguiçadeiras e na funcionalidade dos quartos deixariam a experiência ainda melhor.

Kids are happy for pools and events. Parents may struggle for bad food.

Cons:

Food quality was very poor particularly the Spanish tapas restaurant. Foods come out very immediately after we ordered but they are cold or lukewarm. Clearly it's pre-cooked. We gave up the restaurant and moved to the buffet restaurant to eat paella quite late hours but paella was only half cooked and the rice was absolutely too firm and very bad. Quite disappointing.

Al di sotto degli standard Iberostar selection
Pros:

Iberostar è una garanzia, il top rimane la cucina e in particolare i buffet, oltre alla disponibilità, gentilezza e competenza dello staff

Cons:

È un hotel orientato al 98% a famiglie con bambini, che sono ovunque e possono accedere praticamente ovunque. Ad uso esclusivo degli adulti, pagando il supplemento star prestige solo uno spazio sul tetto di un edificio con una piscina microscopica e la piscina al chiuso, decisamente piccola e solo dalle 17 alle 19.

Lo star prestige decisamente insufficiente, poche aree riservate, troppo isolate e lontane da tutto, anche all'interno del buffet.

Le camere decisamente piccole rispetto ad altri Iberostar, e addirittura senza smart TV, cosa abbastanza scontata anche in hotel di rango inferiore. Stessa cosa per le piscine, eccetto quella del park che però come dice il nome è sostanzialmente un grande parco giochi per bambini.

Un'altra cosa molto negativa è che la spiaggia non è riservata agli ospiti dell'hotel, ma è una spiaggia pubblica per la quale bisogna riservare e pagare ombrellone e lettini.

I lettini nelle piscine del playa sono tutti attaccati, vengono sempre occupati al 90% , ci sono pochi spazi e le piscine sono tutte con acqua bassa .

Le attività fitness sono belle, ma decisamente poche rispetto ad altri hotel della catena, divise tra i due hotel (che praticamente sono la stessa cosa) e abbastanza brevi, sebbene lo staff sia in gamba, come sempre negli Iberostar.

La "palestra" è microscopica e decisamente insufficiente come dotazione per la quantità di ospiti, non c'è nemmeno un bilancere, una rack, nessuna macchina per le gambe, giusto una stazione con cavi, dei manubri, una macchina per trazioni e una decina di macchine cardio tra cyclette (2) treadmill (2) ed ellittiche (4)

Non c'è nemmeno un bar in nessuna piscina, altra caratteristica che mi aveva fatto innamorare degli Iberostar, nessuna piscina con un po' di musica durante il giorno, se non durante le attività

Concludendo, ottimo hotel ma decisamente sotto gli alti standard di altri Iberostar selection
