Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Many guests repeatedly praised rooms and public areas as 'very clean', but multiple reports of black mold in showers, dust on surfaces, stained hall carpets, torn/marked sheets and even dead roaches lower the score.
Service
9.6
Staff is overwhelmingly described as friendly, welcoming and helpful across many reviews; a few mentions of an unfriendly nighttime clerk are isolated but noted.
Location
9.2
Multiple reviewers cite excellent proximity to the interstate, restaurants and major roads (I-75, 82) making it convenient for road trips; occasional mentions of highway noise reduce the perfect score slightly.
Room Quality
7.3
Rooms are often called clean and spacious and beds comfortable in many reports, but several guests mention dated decor, worn furniture, bright gaps in doors, inconsistent bed comfort and mold or leaks affecting room quality.
Amenities
8.6
Breakfast, coffee and complimentary drinks are frequently praised and well-stocked; however parking problems (tight, poorly lit or insufficient spaces), pool nuisance (nats) and occasional leaking fridge reduce the rating.
Value for Money
9.2
Numerous guests call it a good or reasonable value for the price and suitable for short stays or road trips; a few felt it was not worth cost given dated rooms or cleanliness issues.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast receives consistent positive comments for variety and freshness and items like hot coffee and lemon water are liked; isolated complaints (cold eggs once) are rare.
Overall Experience
10
Overall impression is strongly positive: friendly staff, convenient location, good breakfast and generally clean rooms lead many guests to recommend or rebook despite some recurring maintenance/parking issues.

Good location but somewhat overpriced.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The location was central to the hospital, shopping, and grocery stores. Linens were fresh and clean. Water pressure in the shower was good.

Cons:

The food was mediocre at breakfast and the coffee was horrible. Other guests above us were very loud at 2-4 am...we heard lots of running/stomping and it was very bothersome.

The perfect stop to rest, refresh and relax during a long road trip. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, well designed room, great king bed, nice bathroom and plenty of clean towels. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
The breakfast was not exceptional, but typical of most good motels, and with enough variety.

Cons:

Nothing we can think of!
